Cardinal Hall of Fame Cafe

The food here is usually pretty good but the waitress we had didn't seem very friendly and must've taken a break while we were there because she didn't come back to refill our drinks until we were ready to leave.

Comparable to Applebee's. Just average american food.

Very quick to bring out my food and they also have some awesome covid safety measures in place that I much appreciated. Wish I could remember my server’s name...

Used to go every week until the Corona hit then they closed down for a bit (expected) went back and my favorite bartender was gone?. Food was still amazing as usual but the new service was OK at best could tell it was a new kid so I gave him a break but some things like listening to me were beyond him. Food 10/10 service 6/10

The service was good, food was tasty. All nine of us ordered something different and everything was really good. Kid”s meals were a little high priced though.

Very good & seated us in a nice private room. We will definitely eat there again our next trip.

We wanted to try something for lunch that was different from a chain restaurant like can be found everywhere. But since time was important, we headed towards Cracker Barrel. But there, one block away, was the Cardinal Hall of Fame Cafe. U-turn and tried it out. The service was good. The hamburger was excellent. The fries were good. The memorabilia in their "museum" was impressive.

My husband and I decided to try this restaurant on a Saturday afternoon. It was very busy, so we expected a wait. We were not in any hurry. We were seated fairly quickly. There were some large parties there, looked like some sports teams. One large party cleared out five minutes after we were seated. So we figured it would be a few minutes before we saw our waiter. After a total of 30 mins(like I said we were not in a hurry), we decided to leave. We never saw our waiter - no drinks , no food, nothing.

Service was excellent but food was very mediocre. We were visiting the area from out of town and ask for a recommendation to eat and was sent here. Disappointed as this was our only out to eat experience in the area. Spinach dip appetizer was good. Salad greens were old and my rib dinner tasted like microwave frozen food. Pizza was good.

The menu has a large variety so there's something for everyone and the service is good. We went for a late lunch and got speedy fast service. Everything is super clean and the food was delicious.

Been here twice. First time was for lunch a few days ago and the service and food was excellent, so I decided to come back for dinner. Tonight nobody came to take my drink order (or even acknowledge my presence) after I was seated, despite there being at least half a dozen servers/hostesses sitting around not doing anything.

This was my first time going and it was amazing. Food was fresh and delicious

Love the service, the food, the atmosphere & most of all....the never ending displays of UofL sports.

Even though we're not Louisville Cardinal "fans", it was an enjoyable dining experience. Bree, our server, was very pleasant and provided us with exceptional service. The food was tasty, and the ambiance fun.
