Oxtail wasn't meaty at all...as I thought, mostly bone, red & rice was very dry, mac & cheese...no cheese and the pasta wasn't elbows...cabbage was very good and the amount given was on point. Red snapper (fish), was told it was ok, no spicy or seasoning...they had to use a lot of texas hot sauce. It cost me $111.00....it's time to stop going out to restaurants...not getting the money worth, best to buy and cook for family/friends and self...except for places like Golden Corral...there you get your money worth and more.
Maybe this will help them to get better...God Bless.

Some of the best food in Louisville. Fluffy warm rice, tender flavorful cabbage, delicious make and cheese, spicy pikliz, you can’t go wrong with anything here. My favorite is the Haitian fried chicken, or the stewed chicken. ALWAYS get extra pikliz it’s delicious especially with the fried chicken

So disappointing. The rice and peas were hard/overcooked and the lady that rung me up was rude af. I went about 2 years ago and everything was delish! Not sure what changed, but i will not be returning and not suggest it to anyone. Wasted $41. UGH!
The best Caribbean food firt time trying Haitian taste so much flavor and 👍

Had difficult time finding my order. Mac n cheese was not part of my order. Mac n cheese was dried out. Rice and beans were dry as well did not have the sauce from the beans that but the pork chunks were moist and good.

The food was good even though the oxtails was hella greasy but what really made me want to leave when I was waiting for the food, was the smell of the place inside, ion know if they aren’t cleaning everyday but it smells funky and disgusting, i didn’t leave without the food because it is disrespectful. But they need to get that issue fixed

Bottom line... the food was disgusting! I had fried tilapia, rice and beans, cabbage, and plaintain. The rice and beans had a burnt taste, like they were scraped from the bottom of the pot. The fried tilapia had a weird taste. I have no words for the plantain. It was like a patty, first of all, and it was tasteless!!! I have NEVER gone to a Caribbean spot and did not like the food...EVER! Do NOT recommend this place.

Worst Caribbean food I ever had. I went 20 minutes before closing. I hope that was why the food was so bad. Rice tasted burnt and had hard pieces of rice throughout.
