Carrabba's Italian Grill

To be fair, I am not a fan of Italian restaurants in general. But, my family is, so we do. But the experience at this Carrabba’s was not up to par of what I would expect. Our server really struggled. Maybe he was new? My wife asked for a dessert menu. He brought us the bill. No dessert menu. He had the wrong order in the ticket, which was quite a bit more than what I had ordered. He did fix it. I ordered a medium steak. It was blue. Not even rare. The manager told us there was a $10 take home any entree. The server did not offer. He offered to get a bag 2 times for our take home. No bags. He offered to refill my wife’s water twice and made it with a refill after the second offer. He was friendly but maybe just overwhelmed. It was a busy night;U of L was playing.

One of two or three sit down chain restaurants I still frequent. Carrabas continuously delivers quality food and service. In my opinion, none of the other Italian chain restaurants compare.

We have been going to different Carrabbas around the nation for the past 25 years and this is the worst one we have ever been to. Very dirty establishment. Old food stuck in the bench cushions and you can tell they don’t clean around the tables. If the dining area is this nasty I can’t imagine what the kitchen is like. No thank you…. We will drive to Lexington from now on. Their place is clean.

Carrabba's is my very favorite restaurant (my mom's too).
Our favs are the Chicken Bryan, Salmon Capperi, peach sangria, tiramisu, chicken soup, Italian salad with house dressing and everything else is delicious too, especially if Annez is cooking.
We usually sit in Bryan A's section.
Davish and Brian the bartender are awesome, as well as Taylor ( manager)
Also, you can order a take home dinner for the next day or for a friend or family member for $10.00.
We eat here frequently... Sometimes two or three times a week. We love this place ❤️

I like Brian the bar tender. He is nice, friendly and does a good job. He sure knows how to make a good manHatton I would recommend this place to every body.

Absolute wonderful wine dinner featuring the Duckhorn family of wines. Cat and Emily did an awesome job with our service. Taylor (manager) , Cat and Emily and the reason we keep coming back.

Our hurst born location is on point! The management staff there really resonates with the responsibility of making guests happy well fed. This quick place could be terribly busy, and these people got it.

Carrabba’s never disappoints, I had one of the best ribeyes in a while (including those from a steakhouse) with delectable side dishes. It was cooked to perfection and well seasoned. To be an Italian restaurant Carrabbas’ diverse menu caters to all taste.
