My server was Ryan and he was amazing! His interaction with us and his other guest just made our experience so much better. Everyone who comes here, please make sure to ask for Ryan. You won't regret it.

This was mine and DH first time eating at the Hurstbourne Pkwy location. The food was lovely...DH particularly enjoyed the spicy chicken soup and I was delighted with the Johnny Rocco salad. I must say however, Akani our server was the real bright spot on a sunny Saturday afternoon. ? He was warm and outgoing. He was also attentive and observant to our needs without being pushy. I personally would give Akani a huge raise and all of his favorite snacks. ?Best regardsJana Craggs ?

Had Carrabas pans for 10 for my family at Easter. We had 4 different entrees and the salad with creamy Parmesan dressing. It was absolutely delicious and plenty to eat. My family raved about it all day.

Service and atmosphere were top tier. Noodles were bland cause they didn’t salt the water. But otherwise, all was great.

I had the opportunity to dine at this establishment recently, where I decided to order the Chicken Piccata, a dish I usually enjoy for its tender sautéed chicken. Unfortunately, this time around, the chicken was somewhat dry, which was disappointing given my expectations for a typically juicy and flavorful experience. Additionally, when I requested a small plate for my bread, I was given a monkey dish instead, which wasn't quite what I was looking for. Despite attempting to communicate my need for a different plate, the busboy seemed to ignore my request, and I never received the right plate. This oversight in service did mar my dining experience somewhat.

I was here March 16th, a Saturday at around 6 pm. They were very busy, parking lot being full and we had to park in overflow. I suspect the staff is used to this because we were told we would have a 20-25 min wait but only ended up having a 7 min wait.We were seated quickly and our drinks and bread came even faster, when our waiter John wasn’t able to bring us something other staff did.the bread was fantastic of course. I rarely see staff working like a well oiled machine like the staff was at this carrabbas. We ordered as soon as we got our drinks and our food came out in less than 15 min and was piping hot.My girlfriend got the rigatoni campagnolo and I got the rigatoni martino - I’m not a foodie b it everything from the sauce to the pasta was amazing.John our waiter was very attentive and personable! On top of all of this I accidently left my debit card there after I left and realized the next day when I was already back in Evansville 2 and a half hours away. This did not end up being an issue because the amazing manager Danielle mailed my card back to me, which I was not expecting at all! They truly do go above and beyond here. Can’t recommend enough, if I lived in Louisville I’d have to go monthly or weekly

Waiter was Ryan...new guy and did EXCELLENT service. Never been a fan of this place but salads looked great. My shrimp scampi appetizer was fair...shrimp was not sautéed and just dumped in sauce. Scampi sauce is normally clear buttery and seasoned with garlic. Theirs was a thick white lemony flavored sauce-- the garlic bread served with it was better than the scampi. Even the person sitting next to me said it didn't look right. I ate it only because I was starving but I'd NEVER order it again IF I go back. SO dissapointed. My amaretto sour was FANTASTIC

Excellent in all aspects. Carrabba's never disappoints! Great food, great service, nice people.
Curbside pickup is not worth the hour wait. Do not make the mistake of paying online in advance. The automated message saying “order ready soon” is a deceitful business tactic, as I waited another 30 minutes after responding with my parking spot number. The customer service number in their email only reached the same staff unable to fulfill curbside orders.
