I have come to this place twice. The first time i was not satisfied with the food but didn't say anything so i decided to give them a second chance and i visited this place again and i got the same low quality food. Someone in there is buying the cheapest food and the cheapest ingredients and the poeple that work there can't even properly cook and prepare a chessestak. I ordered an old school chessesteak and the cheese sauce tasted like the cheese sauce you get from the dollar tree. The steak was too salty and the sandwich all together did not have a lot of meat and the onions were not caramelized were just almost uncooked onions thrown in the sanwich. This place needs to improve a lot and maybe change the managament and probably change some employees or give them a better training i wont be coming back here anytime soon.

The food is delicious. I had the 3 bacon cheese steak sandwich meal.it came with fries. And I got a milkshake. My husband got the teriyaki boneless wings. They both were very good. The portions are sufficient for the price. They have a drive thru for convenience. They were quick and friendly. I would definitely recommend Charley's Cheesesteaks and Wings.Parking: Plenty of parking. Parking for cars up to semis. Plenty of room.

The service at Charley's on Preston Highway was horrible. The service is slow, unorganized, and dirty. Amanda, the most vocal one at the store was rude, obnoxious and did nothing to satisfy the customer. Don't try to file a complaint or provide feedback, nobody gets back to you. A refund... lol, what refund. The email address that is provided to request a refund clearly isn't monitored because nobody ever called, emailed, nothing. I will never go to Charley's again.
