Had the Philly cheese steak flavor was good sandwich was kind of soggy and small for the price this was in the food court at St. Matthew mall. Not a bad stop but could be better just my opinion some of the toppings I had requested weren't added but it was decent.

Mediocre food at busy restaurant. Staff was pleasant and tried to keep apace of drive through and dine-in orders. Sandwiches did not include the anticipated stack of thin sliced beef with the fixins. Probably half the amount of steak as expected and minimal other sandwich content. Food was not bad, just not a great philly cheeses steak sandwich. On the positive side, they did provide free refills on drinks. Dining area was pretty chaotic and needed to be cleaned when I arrived at about 7 PM.

I have enjoyed this restaurant over the years at different malls. The food at this location was really tasty. I tried two of their sandwiches, and both had great flavors. This brings me to the service part of the experience. The first sandwich I ordered was a buffalo chicken sandwich. It tasted fantastic. However, my stomach was not in the mood for the level of spice in that food. So I took it back, having only eaten a bite of it, and told them my issue with the sandwich. They kindly took it back and allowed me to choose a different sandwich at no extra charge.As far as atmosphere goes, it's a mall food court... so... yeah... I mean, as far food courts goes it was pretty clean and well lit.Overall, it was a good experience with good food and great customer service.

I recently visited this Charley's Cheesesteak location and had a fantastic experience. The food was absolutely delicious - the cheesesteak was perfectly cooked and seasoned just right. The staff were friendly, welcoming and provided great service throughout my visit. I will always drive a few extra miles to get to this location as it well worth it

Worst chicken cheesesteak I've ever had chicken was as dry as dehydrated tree bark and about the same flavor! there was almost no chicken on the sandwich or onions or mushrooms. I should've taken a picture of it because it was just disrespectful to Philadelphia for even trying to label it a cheesesteak.. $16 for this combo was strong arm robbery
Went to place order and cashier told me to hang on while she was flossing her teeth. She then proceeded to turn around and cuss out a security guard that walked by and flipped them off. She then began making drinks but had never washed her hands after flossing. I left and went to another place at the food court.

This place has great cheese steaks and fries, with it being in the mall you will pay those mall prices. You can get small, medium or large meals and they will fill you up, just a t a pretty penny. They are no more pricier then any other food place at the food court, so you will enjoy every bit. YYYUUMM!
