I paid online for a delivery and when they showed up with my food they said I still owe $30 but yet I was able to show them my bank account statement to prove that it was already paid for Plus a tip and the lady told her that I did not pay you even though I had proof so they refuse to give me my food and I now have to call and cancel the payment

Was the only disappointing restaurant from a 4 day stay at The Galt House hotel in downtown Louisville. The restaurant is divided in two and the server/owner stands behind a phalanx of tables. Service is curt and the food was mediocre at best.
