Was the only disappointing restaurant from a 4 day stay at The Galt House hotel in downtown Louisville. The restaurant is divided in two and the server/owner stands behind a phalanx of tables. Service is curt and the food was mediocre at best.

Excellent place downtown for a lot of good takeout Chinese food, in high quantity, at a great price. An obvious choice over many of the overpriced chains in the area. Lunch buffet and lunch combos are an A+ deal too.

The delivery experience was horrible the food was either old or overcooked, chicken pieces were hard as plastic, very bland and everything super hard. I guess because we offered no tip…they shouldn’t ??? why we didn’t! No thanks for future orders.

If you’re at the Galt House Hotel and want great Chinese food nearby for a quick pickup-n-go, try this place. The staff is friendly, and the Triple Delights dish is my favorite. Highly recommended!

Lunch buffet price has increased significantly (44% in 2023) because of inflation. Will update this review with current pricing when inflation eases. Probably won't come back until that happens. This is the "big" soup bowl (also 44% smaller in 2023).

It's your typical small Chinese restaurant. The best thing is that the carry-out service is quick and doesn't cost a ton, which is becoming a rarity downtown. Never tried the buffet because I'm not a buffet person, but people always seem to be eating it during lunch time.

Food was good but I simply asked the lady if they were bringing out more general tso chicken and she gets an attitude with me. "Sir we just open this is what we have right now!" Knowing that wasn't gonna be enough chicken for other guest

This was the first visiting this place. They have carry out service and a "buffet."Their buffet consist of 6 or 7 items. The lady tells me it's only a 2 trip buffet only and if I waste it's only a 1 trip visit. I never heard of a buffet that tells you only 2 trips only. When I asked for water they looked at me like I was crazy. When they give you hot and sour soup they give you a Dixie cup of soup. Their food was poor to tasteless. Over priced for what they served. Their egg rolls are the size of a penny roll. Booooo
