The Cheesecake Factory

My food must have been plated on a cold dinner plate. The food was lukewarm.
Served steak medallions, a little chewy, vegies were ok, mashed potatoes cold.

Server never asked about food nor cleared our table at all. We sat for 15 mins after eating before he asked if we wanted cheesecake. Server never refilled water glasses. He was 3 steps away from us.

Poor service. 25 min wait with reservations. Then sat extra long to get check. Declined dessert due to looooong waits and poor service.

The food is always excellent. The ambience adds to the experience with us always noticing something different about the decor. The service was spot on, with our server taking cate of our leftovers. The portions were plenty. Even though we were not in a booth, we were able to have a conversation without yelling at each other.

We got the Lemon Raspberry Cream Cheesecake and it was delicious! Great way to roll in Christmas!

I wish the food could arrive a little faster and the lights werent so dim. Otherwise great food always and very attentive servers. I also love the variety of food for my son who has multiple allergies!

The slices looked well portion at the front glass for 9.95. When I got them at the counter they where half the slice. Very Overpriced for an unfair portion.

So nasty utensils on the tables, food still on the utensils, sticky tables and menus, and so dim you can't see it unless you flash a light on it. Would not recommend coming there.

Good food always look forward to going.

Food was alright, expensive. The atmosphere was decent, the bathrooms were okay, my food came out over cooked, chicken was super dry and my dinner cost $16. The cheese cake though love it.
