We were in town as a vendor for Thunder Over Louisville. I reached out to Tom for a place to park our food trailer overnight that weekend, and he was accommodating. Parking felt secure and the outlets worked. We also met another food truck owner who was really nice.

Go get a great meal from Lucretia's Kitchen or rent kitchen space for a special food prep mission.Inspected kitchen space can be rented for the amount of time you need. You can get a dedicated area for more permanent production. Or, rent parking/electric for your commercial food truck.I'm taking their 2020 Entreé-preneurship course to learn how to start my own food service business. My home kitchen would never pass an inspection (dogs present) and I don't want to invest in my own professional equipment at this stage. ChefSpace is perfect to get me started. They'll even hook you up with the right people to get a small business loan!
