Went this weekend to Chefs Cut for the first time. Being from the northeast my bar for pizza is very high and I'm a bit of a pizza snob. Chef John and his team delivered and cleared the bar. Had a great conversation with Chef and love the neighborhood vibe of the place. Can't wait to go back.

Great place. Good pizza, and they have friend prices. Until 2 PM, you can get 2 slices and a drink for $3. Smaller slices, but they add up to more than a big slice. The place looks out of a movie with old style booths. Come here for pizza or lunch.

Was recently on vacation in July and visited Louisville. We had the opportunity to visit this pizzeria. Just wanted to let everyone know that they make a fantastic pizza, one of the best I have had in a long time!!! Great job to the people working there!!

Hot brown pizza did not disappoint! Delicious as always. You can't go wrong with anything here, but I particularly like the pizza and wings.

Owner is a kind and amazing man, after working on his car at our shop as a thank you he dropped off 3 hot pizzas for all of us. We can’t thank him enough for the great food that keeps us fueled during the day. Much love

As a lifelong hospitality person and restaurant owner, this is exactly what a true food experience should be. Amazing regulars, the pizza was best I've had in louisville metro, and the Chef was amazingly hospitable, human, genuine and now I'm driving my family 30 minutes for pizza! And happy to do so. Cheers Chef.

Food and Prices are great! But the service...
Pros: Pizza was great, and was a great price (1.25 a slice).
Came in on Monday around 11:30/11:45, picked up a menu and started looking it over. One of the guys came out of the back and said "Come on man, it's not even Noon yet". I put down the menu and just got some slices out of the warmer (something he wouldn't have to make ). To which he audibly cheered and disappeared into the back.
The point being: If the restaurant doesn't want to have customers until Noon, then they should change the hours to reflect that. It sucks to feel like you're burdening someone that you're about to give money to. Embarrassing.

Serious pizza place in a small location. Pepperoni rolls were delicious. Ended up with 3 pizzas and all were excellent.
Parking: Right next door to the gas station.
