I've routinely received the best customer service I've ever had at this location. The cook takes a lot of pride in his work and you can tell. The menu has a wide variety of options and everything I've ever tried has been delicious. I'd recommend this place to anyone and will definitely be back myself.

Little pricey but food on high in general. The issue was the Philly cheese steak is more like a chop cheese with some nasty ground beef lots of vegetables. I took one bite and threw the whole thing in the trash. Total waste of money and I don’t mind paying the higher end price for great food. But this was a bait and switch to something that misrepresented a chop cheese.

I want to say this I never liked Euros until I tried this place when Lou had it that was the bomb food was great he got the real zenti sauce for the Euros great person to be around with that being said it was a wonderful business but with that being said the new owners have really downgraded it they're using processed Meats not the real ingredients last time I went which was last week I got the Euro platter which is what always get I love that thing first thing I noticed was that all the meat was uniform so that was funny long story short I didn't eat a third of it normally I scarf it down it wasn't very good my buddy got the catfish dinner I noticed that the catfish was under cooking it out he said it was okay that night he got extremely ill now I don't know what's up but that is not what it was it is not the foods nowhere near as good they're using less quality ingredients they're changed the menu around the edit their tacos and stuff which honestly I was going to go back and try the tacos until I ate the euro you raised the price and lower the quality and y'all expect this place to stay in business now I hate to see it go but now that the people that own it on it it needs to go it is a shameful to from what it once was which was a really great place to eat I've given to other reviews which I gave five stars this one I will give one I would give less than one but I can't

Ordered on Grubhub, no clue what to expect. This is one of the best meals I've gotten in a long time. Ordering food during the pandemic, will likely leave you displeased. "Did the even cook this, even a second?". I'm sure I've asked myself several times. I ordered the Philly cheesesteak combo with a lemonade and jalapeno poppers. Everything was cooked perfectly. I haven't said that once during the pandemic. But it's so true. I hope whoever owns/operates this business is earning a good sum for this place. I'll definitely be ordering again and supporting this place. If you're on the fence.... I confidently recommend! Full 5 stars.

Pretty disappointed. Went because the reviews were good. Not sure why. First off, as a Chicagoan we are not known for cheesesteak or lemonade. That should have been a hint. $15 for a just ok Philly and bad fries/lemonade is too much. The lemonade tasted off. I'm giving 2 stars because the ladies running the place were very nice, but I won't be back.

Wasn't impressed. French fries were "refried", no real vibe in the storefront, never saw the lemonade, drinks were bottles no fountain etc. just not great.

Excited to try this place out. It was very underwhelming. Had a philly cheese steak, fries, and lemonade. The food came out hot but was bland. The lemonade just tasted like flavored syrup. I probably wouldn't come again.

The Philly had way to many onions an it was bland. The buffalo wings wer bland also. The coke was flat. But tue fries we r good. That was a 45 dollar mistake ill never make again

Terrible food, especially for the price. "Beef hot dogs" were jalapeno cheddar sausages which they corrected. I'm not sure how this place has 4.5 stars... Maybe it was good years ago?
Excellent! Decided to get take out. Ordered the cheese steak and it was absolutely delicious. Everything was spot on...fries...sandwich and especially the frozen cherry lemonade. I will be back for sure!

Ordered for the first time today through doordash and went and picked it up. Got a text that the food was ready a lot quicker than the tracker said, that's not a bad thing but our fries were cold and the sub was soggy from sitting I'm assuming. Ordered three lemonades, and it said on the menu that they were slushy lemonades. All three of the lemonades on pickup were not slushy and had just a few ice cubes thrown in. I blended them when we got home and they were fine, but nothing special. They also forgot our hushpuppies, so we went back for those (thats on me for not checking the bag, mistakes happen). However, we also ordered, what said on the menu, "popcorn chicken with fries". What we got was 6 fried chicken meatball type of thing with ground chicken, and no fries (picture included) These were 8.99 so I was disappointed in that. When we went back to ask about the fries, the woman at the counter said it did not come with fries ?♀️. The fries that came with our subs were good, but we will probably not order from here again.

Had the Italian beef it was tasty but the bread was not a hard crusted roll so when I ordered it dipped the bread was almost sloppy. Other than that it tasted awesome.

The prices are way too high. A family was stranded after having car problems. I took them to eat while waiting to have their car towed home. The employees make you feel like they're closing an want to get rid of you. The place only has a couple of tables for dine in and they charge (never heard of this before) a 'fee buster' for using a credit or debit card. If you want a drink plan on getting it in a bottle.

Fresh fast and tasty! The owner is excellent and super friendly. Took the time to just be human and converse. He took over the place and is getting it all the way together. The prices are higher but the food is worth it!
