I can't figure out what the big deal is about this restaurant chain. I've had it several times in several different cities and I won't make the mistake again. There are plenty of restaurants to get a decent chicken sandwich.

I just want to start off by saying that this is supposed to be a sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit….yeah. Not sure what happened to the biscuit? On top of that…I didn’t get the drink that I ordered, nor did I get the condiments that I asked for.

I was waiting for 40 min for my food and they still forgot my brownie. The food was okay but was not worth the wait and money. Then they gave out free brownies to the other Asians that they thought were me.
I'm getting to the point I'd rather drive 30 minutes off campus to another Chick-fil-A. Slow, somehow manage to get my order wrong more often than they get it right, menu regularly isn't up to date or common items are out of stock, wait times are insanely long despite very few people waiting because of grubbub orders
