I've been to this new location four times now. The food at first was on par with the location opposite St. Matthews Mall, however, the last two visits the fries were cold and the chicken was super greasy. The traffic is a nightmare. The drive through lines can be backed up at lunchtime, so you have to wait for a space at the end of the line. All while you hope the exiting Home Depot traffic leaves you a gap, doesn't fill the space in the drive through line that came...
Exceptional staff! I interacted w/4 different employees ... And I went thru the drive thru! They ALL knew my name too!
This is a new store and the staff is very well trained, friendly, in a good mood despite 95 degrees outside.
I LOVE that I can safely eat here with Celiac disease. They have a gluten-free bun and a button to let the kitchen know to change gloves so my food isn't cross-contaminated.
