I have always came here because of fast service not anymore I am usually having to wait longer and longer and today cars were parked they told me 1.5 minutes I am now over 5 and no one in sight. I come here because I work a very busy schedule and can’t wait in long lines for long very disappointing. Then the worker just took my food to the wrong car and instead of coming around banged on my passenger window. Terrible service
This is one of the best Chick-fil-A experiences I’ve had in a while! There are Chick-fil-A restaurants everywhere and they are pretty consistent but this store is a cut above. The food taste was excellent. The waffle fries actually had taste. The chicken was seasoned and cooked perfectly. The employees had it down pat! This one is worth the extra mile drive if you’ve not been thrilled with them lately.
Dietary restrictions: Lots of gluten free options.
Kid-friendliness: They have kid placemats and highchairs are very clean.

SUPERB SERVICE!! Brandon (manager, I believe) is a top tier guy! He truly understands great service and making it right. Y’all know the other brands don’t know anything about that lol.
I mentioned that my breakfast seemed a little light on the amount of contents (breakfast bowl). I let him know if thats standard, no big deal, I’ll still eat it. He politely said absolutely not, we’ll take care of that for you…and promptly got me a new VERY FULL breakfast bowl for free. He went above and beyond and did it with kindness and care! Love that - much appreciated! Keep that going! 🙂☺️

Order ahead through the app and arrived at the location 20 minutes before the breakfast cut off time, ended up waiting in their drive thru for 25 minutes before I got to the check in guys only to be informed my order was canceled because it was past 10:30. So my two questions, what is the point of ordering a head on the app if it doesn't matter? And why do the customers have to suffer because you can't get a handle of your drive-thru line? Not to mention I lost my rewards because the order got canceled by them.
