1st time, last time. Waited 20 minutes in car line before placing my order. 15 more minutes Waited to get to the window. The person in front had 6 bag order. I would expect a courtesy of going inside. My order was dumped in the bag, and my food was warm at best. The chicken was hard, maybe under the heat lamp too long.

As always, the food is delicious hot and great quality. The process is smooth from beginning to end. Their model should be adopted by other fast food companies.!!!
Went through drive thru, A new guy taking orders from cars was taking a long time to get the orders logged in and accept payment, the other line was moving 5 cars to the other lines 1-2 car's, finally the manager came out to see what the hold up was, I then pulled up to the new guy taking orders and as I told him the order I could tell he was having trouble remembering what I just said, I had to repeat myself about four times, I guess he was nervous, it's understandable. Food was good.
Everytime I’ve come to this location and it’s been a mistake coming here. First of all they make u feel like u out of place getting a sandwich with no bun. Everytime I get the food I pay for it’s always wrong. I will not come back to this location I promise u

Usually this location is pretty decent. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had here. Fries were old barely and salt. Chicken was either old or overcooked. I had to pry the pieces apart. Half way through I stopped eating as it was actually ruining my appetite.
