I recently visited the restaurant located at 2350 Shane Drive, Louisville, KY 40220, and I have to say this was one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. From the moment we walked in, everyone was exceptionally nice, friendly, and welcoming. The entire team carried a positive attitude that instantly made us feel comfortable.
What truly stood out, and what I’ve never experienced before in any restaurant, was the manager personally coming to our table to check in on us. He politely asked if everything was okay and whether we needed anything else. That small gesture made a huge difference — it showed genuine care for customers, not just routine service.
The food was delicious, fresh, and served on time. Every item we ordered tasted great, and the service throughout our visit was consistently impressive. It felt like the staff really took pride in the quality of their work.
I sincerely hope the management passes this message along because the team at this location truly deserves recognition. They provided outstanding hospitality and made our visit memorable.
Overall, this is a place I would happily visit again and recommend to others. Great food, great people, and great service!

Best chicken nuggets and chicken sandwichs for fast food!
Worst chick fil a in Louisville. Have gotten food that was not made to order and cold multiple times and the drive thru staff doesn't seem to know how to take a customers order at all. Doesn't fit the usual chick fil a good service and speed you see everywhere else

As someone with social anxiety, can I please go to a drive up and order food like a normal drive thru?! When you stare at me I get nervous and can’t think and that’s not fair to those behind me. I have no idea what I’m going to order and need to see a menu! This is one reason I’ve only been to a chick fila 3 times.
This place would rather have you sit behind someone who has never ordered food in their life than have someone in the other lane with no cars walk over 5ft and take your order.
No one wants to watch 50 people drive by as they don’t move. Make one lane for online ordering and the other for manual orders.
