night shift kids outside be either playing, rushing to take my order, and between them talking to each other this chick fil la is horrible the only chick fil la in Louisville that gets my order wrong just because it wasn’t taken right . Food quality is trash why did y’all give me an old cheese cup ? I heated it up and it didn’t even melt or liquify 1/10. if you want fresh hot food go around 7 or 8 would not recommend this one go to the one on hurstbourne

Good food , nice staff , fast service! The only thing is my straw is left out of the bag everytime I do curbside. I have to go inside each time and get my straw which defeats the purpose of doing curbside.

Need improvement on service they don’t care about DoorDash and Uber order I am been waiting for DoorDash pick up. 15 minutes And no one asked and no mobile order pick zone or table where can I pick up DoorDash order or Uber order they have employees for take care driver food on curbside , drive thru , two employees for outside taking orders but not for mobile order or DoorDash dash order cashier just take care on inside coming customers

Pretty much 100% satisfaction at all times. Just remodeled, took out the play area, and added more seating... good choice!
