Best chicken in Louisville. Super juicy and tender. Mac and cheese was alright for someone who doesn’t care too much for it. The broccoli casserole is amazing. Pictured is the keel dinner. Huge pieces. Enough for two people. Super affordable prices

Visiting from outta town and read in a couple forums that this place is the place to go for fried chicken, and I agree. Top 5 best fried chicken I’ve ever had. It is drive thru only, and the inside is only open for DoorDash and pick up. Staff was nice.

Ordered the 2 piece plate that came with 3 potato wedges and roll, 10 piece hot honey wings, small side of Mac n cheese, and small side of collard greens. The sides were okay, but the chicken was on point. The collard greens were a little bitter, and the Mac n cheese was good, but not amazing. Also ordered a side of corn bread. It was a little too soft for my liking, but delicious nonetheless the less.

Timeing is everything! I work downtown and everyone spoke well of Chicken King. Today, I rode by 4 cars in line then rode around the block, BINGO! I placed my order for jerk chicken, green beans, mac & cheese and sweet corn bread. My food was hot and good! I shall return.

Finally got to Door dash an 18 piece mixed wing pieces. Everything was good I got woke up in the middle of the night. sweating , bad stomach ache, diarrhea and puking. All at one time. It got so bad I didn't have nothing in me to come up I could taste chicken king and my stomach acids. I kept running to bathroom so much I fell asleep on bathroom floor. Idky people that work in food industry don't take food safety serious.Old oil, chicken not prepared correctly. Raw chicken staying out too long before it's cooked. People not washing their hands. There is no shortcuts in the food industry. Food poisoning isn't something a customer should catch at all and when it happens that place is definitely not up to par with food safety. They doing something that shouldn't be done it's not normal for a person to catch food poisoning. I will not ever eat here again!! This situation really made me feel so bad no energy, stomach tender, hesitant to eat because I don't wanna puke. I'm so disappointed in Chicken King.
