I had heard good things about this place so I am sorry to say I found this place barely average.The chicken salad on two Fancy Nancy chicken salad croissant sandwiches to go was average. Nothing I couldn’t make. Maybe 5 dices of celery & half a grape on my sandwich? It tasted good but What’s “fancy” about that?Also, I asked for a croissant and it was pretty far from what a croissant is supposed to be. It tasted good also but was more like a bun. No flakey layers, just croissant-tasting bread.Finally, the amount of chicken salad was barely enough to cover the bun so, pretty skimpy.The fruit salad was fresh, very good & a decent size for a side.I may give Chicken Salad Chick another try in the future but I also may not.Improvements would be easy to make since the fundamentals of good ingredients is already there.

Ordered from here on a whim, glad I did. Potato soup was excellent, definitely a new favorite. Classic chicken salad sandwich was great too.

I heard some great things about the food and was anxious to try it out. Called to make an order ahead of time and the service on the phone was very rude and unhelpful. I ended up telling her we will just go somewhere else. She didn’t seem like she wanted my business at all, was very bothered that I was trying to place an order with her over the phone. Not every one has been to this restaurant before so forgive me for not knowing the layout and for being an inconvenience trying to place an order over the phone. The service I received made me not want to order. My money just didn’t seem wanted, and I also tip large, especially being in the service industry. However I work really hard at my job and when I dine out or call a restaurant I expect to be treated of value just how I do my guests every day. I’m just very disappointed.

First time here and I was sadly disappointed. I ordered the Fruity Fran sandwich on toasted wheatberry with the mixed fruit side & unsweet tea. As I saw in another review, the mixed fruit had about 9 grapes, 1 blueberry & 2 slices of a strawberry. The tea was fresh and the pickle & surprise little cookie in my To Go Order were quite tasty. Sadly, the Fruity Fran chicken salad was not. The portion was generous but it had 1 tiny apple piece, literally 2 itty bitty pieces of pineapple and 2 tiny grapes. I used my fork to "hunt" for the fruit. It also lacked any flavor from seasonings or fruit. As for the atmostphere, the cones they had in the parking lot for the Drive Thru Lane are entirely too tight for SUVs. I now have to pay for tire/rim repair from trying to make the turn through the cones. I really wanted this to be a great new place to eat in town.

Comí en Chicken Salad Chick. Está en Middletown. Comí allí el 27 de enero. Cené. Probé un sándwich de pollo con sopa de patatas y sin bebida. La sopa de patatas tenía queso y tocino. La sopa de patatas estaba muy caliente. Con queso y tocino, el queso quedó cremoso y el tocino crujiente. El sándwich de pollo tenía un exterior suave pero crujiente por la lechuga y el tocino. El servicio fue muy bueno. Fui allí cuando tenía prisa y aún así conseguí mi comida rápida y caliente. Me gustó la sopa, la sirvieron rápidamente. La calidad fue muy buena. La parte más difícil fue el estacionamiento, no el mejor diseñado. Lo mejor fue el servicio y la comida y lo peor es que había muchos autos cuando fui allí con prisa. Fue una de las mejores ensaladas de pollo que he probado y es más rápida. Era la primera vez que tenía esto, esto es tan bueno como en casa y tal vez incluso mejor. sí lo recomiendo. Creo que sería mejor en verano pero aun así estuvo bien.

1st time I tried it and it didn't disappoint, got egg salad and chicken salad with pasta salad and potato soup and it was all amazing. Came with a croissant to eat it with I will definitely be back.
it is good but things to consider is you can't buy just a half a sandwich and a cup of soup. They'll tell you that you could get a scoop of chicken salad but charge you the same price and half the time I go in there and get soup which they offer loaded potato soup daily. They always seem to run out which I am baffled by a soup that you offered daily and at 1:30 I go in and you ran out
