20 minutes still waiting on coffee. Ridiculous

Ate here at 5:30am Thanksgiving morning, and the service was the some of the best I've ever had, at any restaurant. The food was delicious, and served quickly, but the AGM Jamie and our server Renee were awesome, truly exceptional. Treated us as if we were old friends. And don't cost an arm and a leg, like I was prepared for. Great experience.

It was the worst experience I've ever had at a fast food restaurant. I ordered a hamburger and water, and decided to sit at one of the tables for customers. When this guy named Travis (a waiter) came over with a sour look on his face while I was eating my hamburger and fries, he tapped my table a couple of times and told me I had to leave because the tables were only for dining. I don't know what dinner means to them, but that hamburger and my fries were my dinner before my flight. I felt quite humiliated by the way he said it and in a loud voice in front of the other customers.

Yeah, that’s right, I’m giving Chili’s a 5 star! There’s not much here at the Louisville airport, but I knew exactly what I was getting and it met all my expectations! Is it a bit overpriced? Sure, but we’re in an airport. Are the seats and chairs a bit tight? Yeah, but again…airport! Plus they serve breakfast which was fine. Unfortunately, I didn’t take any photos of the food before scarfing it down. Just sit back and imagine this…3 overeasy eggs, bacon, wheat toast with breakfast potatoes , aka small prepackaged square potatoes you throw on the grill for 10 seconds. If I’ve set the mood appropriately then you already know if you’re going there. Also, who checks the reviews of an airport Chili’s? Hmmm, who writes a review of one? Anyways, safe travels!

All 5 stars are purely because the manager Jaimie went above and beyond for my friend and I. Our first server must have been waiting for hell to freeze over before she bothered to even grab our drink orders. But then.... in swoops Jaimie to grab our drinks!... And once again our original server waits for the cows to come home before she considers taking our food order. And yet Jaimie once again had our back. I have no concept of time and decided to try and order a Triple Dipper at 7am even though they were only doing breakfast at that hour. BUT JAIMIE MADE IT HAPPEN (I'm from Canada and we only have a Chilis in my local airport). She also made sure my Bloody Mary had extra olives in it, AND she apologized multiple times for her completely inept coworker. Jaime you're amazing, we paid $60 on a $37 meal and I tried to make sure you were around to give you a tip, unfortunately our original server came by and said you don't take tips and wouldn't let me give it to you personally. I hope you got the whole tip, and I hope your coworker gets fired because she's legitimately the worst server I've ever had and needs to find a new line of work ASAP.

Kesha is the best! She handled a busy rush super well and got us all seated right away. Food and everything was very good, but Kesha made sure it all happened for us on our trip home. Keep up the great work and the awesome attitude!!!

Fast. Hot and fresh. Friendly service from Lisa @ the bar. So many airport restaurants forget they are in an airport. I was able to get full breakfast, pay and leave in 20 mins. Excellent.

Burger was a salty, mashed, burned POS that ended up giving me major indigestion. I wish I hadn't stopped there. Better off hitting a vending machine for a few snacks than being out $20 and sick on a flight.

We had a tough and emotional day, but Jamie at the Chili’s in the Louisville airport completely turned things around for us. From the moment we sat down, she went above and beyond—far more than you would ever expect. Her professionalism was matched only by her incredibly warm and uplifting personality. Jamie didn’t just provide great service; she truly made us feel cared for. It’s rare to come across someone who can brighten your entire day with their kindness, but she did exactly that. Thank you, Jamie—you made a lasting impact on us, and we’re so grateful.

Jaime the manager in the airport is the absolutely the best. I’ve had the most challenging day and you don’t know what someone else is going through. To stop and understand that people just need compassion.
