Awesome service. Waitress brought a little plate of fries for my 16 month old so she'd keep busy while the party ate. And washed out her empty sippy cup and gave her lemonade. She went above and beyond. Wish I knew her name.

wanted to get a wicked mocktail margarita but my server, the lil man w/ the pink hair, told me that the drinks are premade with alcohol. I don’t believe that & I also don’t believe that they couldn’t put the dragfruit syrup in a sprite lol

Trio appetizer with double southwest egg rolls and mini burgers, no bacon bits, was perfect. Watermelon lemonade was made perfectly strong enough. Chips and salsa were perfect once we complained about watery salsa. They quickly brought the normally thick salsa to the table. Didn't need to order anything else, as the trio was more than enough food with C&S.

The food was delicious and hot, and our server was the ABSOLUTE BEST! His name was Chris, he was new, and he was friendly, accessible, and very attentive---our glass was always full! It was refreshing to have that kind of service at a restaurant again---great attitude and work ethic! (And he was busy cleaning in between customers!) Yay Chris! Yay Chili's!
Our family visited this location for lunch today. The service was horrible!! Several sides were unavailable and sides were brought to the table after meal was completely finished. Our waitress never came to the table at all. No refills, no sides, no service!! Also charged for items we did not purchase. Don't waste your time and money on this place!!
My party of 9 called ahead 30 minutes and were sat immediately. There was no waitress to greet us or get our drinks for 20 minutes. I walked up to what looked like a manager in a collared shirt and he apologized and told me that someone would be out to greet us.
Several minutes later a woman with a boy trailing her came out to greet us. She was incompetent the entire time and I was too enraged with her poor service to even ask her name. She had a training boy AND runners running her drinks so I have no clue why she was so unable to get our order correctly or quickly. She used the training boy like a messenger the entire time we were sat and she only showed her face to us five times in total. Three of those were AFTER we showed dissatisfaction in some late way to try to farm us for a tip.
When we received our food after an average wait, several things were missing and we had to have them run out afterward. Three of our nine drinks were incorrect multiple times and the entire time, it felt like the servers were hiding from us. We will Never be back to this sorry location.
