We are somewhat regular customers at this Chilis. We invited some friends to dinner with a fairly large party. We called early in the afternoon to see if a party of 8 could be accommodated. The girl was very helpful and said yes and put our name down as a call ahead. We show up at the restaurant at 730 and they do not have our name and the manager says there’s no reservations or calling ahead. We explained the phone call from earlier but it fell on deaf ears. Apparently their employee made an error but the manager would not honor the mistake. He started asking questions like what restaurant did you call and who did you talk to? I didn’t know and I’m not sure why it mattered at this point. Then he said anybody could walk in and claim they had a reservation. At this point I’m offended. The manager was accusatory and exhibiting very poor customer service in front of a crowd of people. I am extremely disappointed in the managers behavior and unwillingness to right a mistake. I doubt we will ever go back to this restaurant.

My husband and I visited here only because we had a gift card to use. After ordering, we waited for nearly an hour for our food, which was majorly disappointing for the price. At the end of it all, when we went to pay, our gift card was declined. We were incredibly frustrated with how long it took to work with the staff to try and troubleshoot the issue and at the end of it all we had to pay out of pocket anyway. Extremely disappointing.

Great food, service and atmosphere. I could probably eat Chili's daily. The food came so quick and the server was attentive. Very enjoyable and quiet. The music was playing at a decent level so talking wasn't a strain. The seating was comfortable and didn't feel crowded.

Sitting in a hotel room a few hours from home, I looked at the restaurant options within a short distance. It came down to a choice of Chili’s or Five Guys. As in “The Last Crusade”… I chose poorly.

The other burger and fries would have been better and the chili that lured me… was not impressive. The most memorable part of the meal was the observation that the size and shape of the soup spoon fits perfectly in the size and shape of the little bowl the chili came in. I have been to many Chili’s restaurants and have never before been disappointed.

The server seemed very distracted, but not because he was busy. The girl that brought the burger and fries didn’t even slow down as she passed by, while saying, “Here ya go” as she was passing the empty table just beyond.

The hostess was great. Very pleasant, and sincere. She should be teaching hospitality skills to the rest of the staff.

Younger female serve was incredible. We ate like $80 worth of food but that’s just because we are big back. It was priced decently. Loaded mac n cheese is incredible. Double Rancher burger was fantastic but next time i would request more ranch or sauce because it was ever so slightly dry. A1 would be amazing on it but that’s just my preference. Enchilada soup was fine. The complimentary chips and salsa were better than most places imo. It was kinda dead for a Friday but it was still within standard working hours so that’s to he expected. Mozzarella sticks were incredible. They no longer sell the chili which is absolutely ridiculous considering the name of the chain but whatever, the food was still great.

I will never go back there. The waiter was a racist that was being weird to me. When I said what I wanted to order he started laughing. Then he came to me like he was gonna hit me. Then when I asked for a box he got me a small box asking me if I’m dissatisfied. I will never pay a dime to a place that hires people like that

I have so many mixed feelings about this Chili's. Every time we eat inside the restaurant we are always left with interesting experiences. None of them have been great, and the manager is not very nice. We always order to go here now, and every time the food is great, and the employees are nice. I really wish the dine-in experience matched up. So overall great food especially when you're getting take out. I definitely wouldn't dine-in again.

Sang the chili's ribs song all the way there, got the kid all excited for the new experience and first time at chilis. Didn't have ribs, said they were out. Said they'd comp a portion of the meal but didn't. Cold queso, half hearted meal. Somehow $70 for three. Probably not going back.
