This small Chinese food place is a hidden gem! Their Mongolian beef, beef with broccoli, and honey chicken are all delicious and packed with flavor. What's even better is that they cook fast, so you won't be waiting long for your food. Highly recommend!

Everyone knows the drill with no-frills Chinese take-out places like this (which, since the pandemic, increasingly seem to be take-out only). After having tried most such in the Louisville area, I'll say that China 1 is hands-down my favorite (with Oriental Cafe a close second, though OC is the better option if you want to sit and eat). Good food, quick service, reasonable prices, and generous portions (a $12 stir-fry is actually more than I can eat in two meals!). I no longer live in Lou, and this is one of the places I miss, not yet having found a comparable option in Miami.

5 stars for your average Chinese takeout. It’s exactly as you would expect. Also they give a free order of crab Rangoon if you order over a certain amount like $50. Friendly employees.

Horrible service very bad customer service I called them at 9:30 pm to make a order they keep saying they don’t understand and when I show up at 9:50pm they close the door in my face and didn’t wanna give me any services please save ur time and money they are horrible at customer
Worst Asian food I've ever bought. Couldn't eat it! When I returned it, I got an argument with no offering of something different nor a refund. I had to throw it away. Totally wasted my money! They should be in the Hall of Shame!

I placed a Door Dash order and my driver brought Popeyes instead. There was a language barrier as English was not his first language. He could not understand that he'd brought the wrong food and only kept saying my name. I ended up getting a credit for my order which I used to place another order the following week. Why I gave it a second chance I can't say. I got the right food, but I think it was the same food that wasn't picked up the week before! General Tso's Chicken that tasted burnt. So dry I thought I'd break a tooth and two sad egg rolls that resembled petrified tree trunks. Never again.
