I spent $13 on this tiny burrito( the size of a small fist) . The lady wrapped the burrito so lazily and then unwrapped it put it in another shell leaving half my toppings on the tortilla she threw away. The workers are so lazy and I will not be returning to this location. Paying $13 for half the meat and toppings is insane. The employees also had horrible moods and roll their eyes at every customer.

This location was out of cheese, sour, guac, fajitas veggies, sour cream, and cheese at 7:30 on a Monday. These are pretty important ingredients for a successful Chipotle experience. Unfortunately, they see to be out of multiple items every time we visit. This has never happened to me at the other locations I have visited.

This is the worst location in Louisville and that’s not saying much. I walk in 1.5 hours before closing, they are out of several items and say their grill is done for the night. I have gone in several times before closing where they’ve been out of a lot and look past it, but 1.5 hours? Geez, just change your hours - it’s ridiculous. I ask if they have the ingredients at the other bar and they say they do, but can’t give it me because it’s a health violation to walk food from one bar to the other. Someone please tell me how they can walk food from the grill to the bar, but can’t from bar to bar. Figure it out or better yet, keep everything stocked for operating hours. They also always have AirPods in, ask what you want, then go to make your food and then ask again because they are never engaged. I won’t be back. They are on a bad path. Luckily, Salsarita’s are popping up and have always been consistent. Hopefully when Hothead Burritos comes to Louisville they will surpass Chipotle too. It’s not a high bar anymore. El nopal is near and has always given me carry out in ~10 mins. The point is to just go somewhere else as there’s better options with better service. This place doesn’t deserve/want your business. They need some serious process improvements or will be just another failed business.

They rush you thru the line without explaining anything. Thru just expect you to know.
They don't explain how much the toppings cost.

I never eat here but I always appreciate how as a city driver they let my us there restroom, and don't ask me to buy something like many place do like McDonald's because we do not have time to order food or trying to drive eating. So thanks for people understanding that we human too!
