Looking at all the Chipotles in the Louisville area, this location had the best reviews. Press to test, they are deserved! Portions were healthy, staff helpful and Jason the manger went out of his way to make sure we were welcomed and taken care of! Will be back!

The server was very rude and nasty and when I address my complaint to the assistant manager she was rude and nasty as well like she could care less and charged me 32 dollars for two bowls with to much of nothing in either one

Always have my order for pick up on time and ready when I arrive.

Absolutely ridiculous, don’t go to this chipotle, they love to short you on portions. I went in there today, asked for chicken, for a burrito bowl, server came back with a tiny little to-go cup full of chicken and put in on there, easily wasn’t even half a serving, I asked for more/a regular amount of chicken and they said they’d had to charge me double??? Absolutely terrible service, I have been to multiple chipotles before, I understand the portions are not always the same and that’s totally fine, I have never once complained before, but when they tried to give me less than half a serving??? Absolutely ridiculous.

This is my local store. They had a minor slip up with my order which is unlikely. I reached out to the manager and he made sure everything was taken care of. Great customer service! Friendly staff and clean environment.

Just got my bowl (picked up so i wasnt present while they were making it) and it felt light. Literally scraped ALL contents to the side and this is how much is in there. Almost no rice and supposedly extra veggies in this. What the hell?? I paid $15 for this??

My go to restaurant. Always enjoy the food and get my food exceptionally quick. The wifes favorite as well so it works out! Never had a complaint about the food.

Parking: About 10 spots but its never been an issue. Especially when my visits mostly are take out and very speedy service.

We stopped in yesterday, a guy who I assume is a manager was so incredibly kind. We mentioned we were there celebrating our daughter surviving a car wreck. He was so enthusiastic and friendly. He really showed what it means to be happy for others and the food was absolutely delicious!! We were so impressed and moved by his kindness. We will definitely be back. Thank you so making the world a more caring and kind place!!!

The most consistent Chipotle I've been to. Every time I've been here the food has looked good and everything has looked clean. The team has always had a positive attitude. Corporate should bless this spot ! And other locations should take advice !
