The food is good but you can never know if they are serving in person or taking online orders only. There seems to be no rhyme or reason. Additionally when you question the nonsense the staff never has an answer or explanation on why they change their policy week to week.

You're supposed to be fast food, telling me as I walk in that you're only excepting digital orders for the week isn't fast. Took my business elsewhere today after your website failed to process my order twice...waste of twenty minutes

Went in store, tried to place order. Rude. Told me to order in line. Tried 3 x still didn't have order .. better not have charged me

For the first time ever, I left chipotle hungry. I paid $2 extra for cauliflower rice and the portion was pitiful. I asked for more and was informed that I'd have to pay another $2. I said never mind, please add lettuce. The employee sprinkled lettuce on at the end. I'm hungry and frustrated. They also refused to make a large quesadilla. Despite the fact that I asked for it right when we started ordering, they said I couldn't have it unless I ordered it online ahead of time because it takes too long (even though we've always just waited for it). So my 7 year old ate a tiny kids quesadilla and is also leaving hungry. Covid has been rough but it didn't have to kill customer service.

I wish I could give 6 stars here...of all the Chipotles I've been to, this one was fantastic. No questioning my order, no need to explain I have allergies, just my dish exactly as I ordered it.

They are ALWAYS and I mean always out of product...I called and asked if they had chips because the past two times they have run out. Which ok I get it... they say they have chips, cool! I drive there and I order my food but they are out of my favorite green salsa...ok that’s fine. Then I go to order the chips and guacamole..NO GUACAMOLE. Who gets chips with no guac...I had to leave lol.Another small thing that just goes a long way is a greeting when you walk into a restaurant and a simple SORRY for being out of what the customer wanted to order. But none of that either, they have been flat out rude every time I come in. Why are they so mad? Is it because the restaurant doesn’t provide enough inventory and they have to deal with the upset customers? Probably.I try my hardest not to leave negative reviews but this location has clear issues and they need/deserve this feedback.Went to Hurstborne location and what a night and day difference. Had everything stocked and were so friendly!!

The food and the service was pleasant. It was my first time in a Chipotle restaurant so I was not sure exactly how things went with ordering my food. My son had been many times and was treating me to lunch. When we walked in he had me go first, which was probably not a good idea, due to the fact that I had no one in front of me to follow off of. I saw a picture of something that I thought would be worth trying and told the poor girl I wanted that. She of course had no idea what I was talking about, my son along with a couple of others got a little humor out of it. But in all my first experience was a pleasant one and the food was very good.

So I live in Tennessee and came to visit my family here we ordered delivery when they showed up they only had half the food so my daughter called and who ever answered was rude and we had to go up and pick up the rest of our food which defeated the whole purpose of a delivery ok so we pick up or go to pick up the other half of our order well it wasn't done and they were again rude and never even apologized for the mistakes. I have worked in food service for the last 36yrs of my Life I have worked in every aspect of food service and this is unexceptionable customer service especially when the customer is being polite and nice to the food service person I will be posting this on Facebook also

This is an excellent place that I enjoy going to for the Mexican make your own burritos as you go through the line type of thing. They have really good flavor I like that chipotle flavor that they use for sure and he has spice to it and you get the jalapeños put in there and makes an excellent burrito and definitely worth checking out

We only continue to frequent this location but no more. We walked in tonight around 850pm which seems like reasonable amount of time before they close. No one acknowledged our family. Steak wasn’t available had to wait for it to be cooked. Seems to the a common theme for this location to be out of something. One time it was chips, another was hard taco shells. I’d rather drive Hurstborne and have semi cold food before I drive across the street. Thanks for money wasted.
