Most everyone ordered, paid and left. The line moved very quickly and there was no extended wait. At dinner time that was a def plus. Most staff was friendly. Honestly just the usual. The one thing I did see, appreciated and was impressed by was several of the employees changed gloves when doing different tasks! Thank you!

Terrible food today. Fatty chicken, veggies not cut or cooked well. No guacamole. Men’s bathroom out of order. Employee making meat in grill on iphone and not wearing gloves. Chipotle has gone down hill. Don’t think I will go back again as there are much better places in town.

This is the worst service I have ever gotten in my entire life. I have never left a review on a store ever and felt that it was a NECESSITY to leave a review for this place. Service, Bad. Employees rude. Time to get food, 50 minutes. Food rating, terrible. Just bad and I mean bad. Place needs to figure it out.

This Chipotle is not worth your time anymore. Skimping on portions and then when you ask for more you have to deal with combative employees.

Expect half the ingredients in your order to be missing. They won’t make any more anything past 8pm. And now you can’t even use the chat app to get a partial refund or maybe just the side you were missing. It just tells you to talk to the store to resolve- where they will tell you they arent making anymore with an attitude. Apparently the employees think they can close 2 hours early and just not make more food. This location is awful.

After a long day at work, I did not feel like cooking dinner. I went to the Chipotle website to place a delivery order. This is a feature that is available on their site but they do not want to take full responsibility. Then, don't offer it. I didn't go to Uber. I didn't go to Doordash. I went to chipotle.com at Middletown and I chose this route for a reason. When the food was delivered, I opened the bag. Similar to others, I ordered double meat because I would like to have a bite of chicken with each spoonful. The food portion does not honor the extra dollars they charge. The large chips and dip is not an appropriate serving. However, my real issue is the burnt chicken. I was prepared to remove a few pieces and not think anything about it, but the whole bowl included burnt chicken. This was not acceptable. For my first attempt, I contacted the phone number on the site and I could not get through to anyone. I used the chat feature and it did not work the way I hoped. Finally, after hitting 0 approximately 25x on my phone, I was transferred to someone at the location. I told her about the poor food quality. I told her this was a delivery. I told her that I stayed in a town over from their store. She advised me to call the 1-800 number or come to the restaurant for a refund. I had to get dressed, get in the car, drive from my rural town and deal with rush hour traffic. For me to go through this ordeal, the lady tried to only refund a portion of my price. If you say refund, I expect a full refund. Do not make me go through this effort and think you are going to get your way. If you cannot refund me the full price, you are going to give me a gift card, some chips/dip, a drink or something. That is just basic customer service. I showed up with everything I purchased, including the burnt chicken in a paper towel for you to see I was not BS. Take responsibility. Don't get mad at me. Put yourself in my situation. If you are a young woman that orders a meal after work and it's burnt upon delivery, what do you expect? If you have to drive at least 25 minutes after utilizing delivery per a restaurant's website, consider the inconvenience. Instead, I have to argue with this lady. I show her the food and she can clearly see that I am not exaggerating. I cannot eat this chicken. Whenever, this bowl was made, the person could clearly see the d*** chicken was black. That did not matter to him/her. These young people don't care. The whole restaurant was comprised of a bunch of young people standing around, not doing a d*** thing. And, you mean to tell me the fact that I show you poor quality food is not worth making me whole. Don't worry about me coming back. Take note of the feedback from more than 500+ reviews. Look at the score and do something to make the store quality, food quality and customer service quality improve.

Food is good as usual , but they’re slow preparing the food and the place is so disgusting, the floor is too dirty and the tables are dirty as well , just get someone to clean the place …

Awful customer service. Ordered pickup and picked up after pickup time. NOT busy with one person in line. 3 people ignored me and pretended to not see that I’m standing there for pickup. Then I ask do you know if me pickup is ready, they lie and say “it’s almost ready”. They pull someone from the back to start preparing it, the guys says the f word and is angry he’s having to do it. Terrible.

First time ever at any Chipotle. I usually go to Qdoba but since I was in the area, thought I'd finally try it. Just as I suspected, just like Qdoba, pretty much the same, although I was charged for queso, which I thought was wild, and for that, I won't be back

I ordered a chicken burrito and the portion size on the rice and chicken was like half the spoon size I told the associate I wasn't a kid. He then said that was all he was allowed to give. After a minute or so management told him to put extra rice to fill it out. You have to do better on your portion size. Next time I'll record the transaction and post it on social media / walk out. Just an out right same.

They earn their crap reviews. The bigger guy just stands there and wouldn't take my order. Same with female. So I left for Panera. If store has low revenue it's because you have crap employees.

Out of everything all the time.
Numerous time have stopped into this location and they are always out of something on the line.
Steak, chicken, lettuce, guacamole…
They even have a sign up today saying there is a soda shortage…
Worst chipotle managed location of all time.

This location we’ve gone to multiple times. Usually the staff all look either depressed or unfocused. Their teamwork is not good, as they have a lack of communication, they do not properly man their stations and end up trading positions too often just to fulfill one or two orders. Food is often not properly being cooked up when they run out, so they have to yell back to the kitchen to cook it last minute and customers will have to wait. Their portions are good sized, but be ready to have grease or avocado smeared somewhere on a lid or a bowl. Their seating area isn’t the best kept, and I question their work to keep it sanitary.
Again, this is just my review from my personal experience. Experiences may vary.
This location is sub-par.

This store is dirty! Floors were so messy. Every single table was nasty and had leftover food crumbs and there was literally not one clean spot in the place. I came in to pick up my order and they never sat it in the rack so I stood there and finally I was like is my food done and they said yeah it’s back here. Why? It told me to pick up from the rack so why is it in the back. Anyway super odd. Not a single greeting from employees when I walked in. The entire thing was just uncomfortable. I hadn’t been in a while and unfortunately won’t return to this location. I also have videos of the messy store but it won’t let me upload them only pics.
