Walk away without paying if they don't provide an adequate amount of food. You are the customer. Don't part with your money if you aren't satisfied with the product. The business will remedy the issue if enough customers adopt this behavior.

It's sad to see the decline in Louisville's Chipotles. They were superior to stores in neighboring cities. Those days appear to be over.

Don't visit this Chipotle. The service is abysmal- minimum work done and lots of complaining. Always out of the right drinks, terrible portion sizes (like a little side cup of rice was maybe 1/4 full). Often forget items. Just terrible staff and no care at all. I get it's prob not a career for all the kids there, but like have a little self-respect and at least do the work halfway. Gone way downhill. Just go to another Chipotle or a Taco Bell.

I enjoyed my burrito. I had the limited smoked brisket. It was delicious, however, the price was steep, especially when you add queso and guacamole. Other than that, I did witness them cooking fresh food throughout. The staff served me with a smile and was quick at preparing my food. I wish I had the picture of how big the burrito is, however, it was a bit over half of my forearm.

Employees very friendly and helpful. Great people. I believe there must be a problem with training. The lobby was a Mess. I didn't even want to walk in due to the amount of food on the floor mainly, ugh

I could write a novel with all the bad experiences I have had here. I seriously advise against ever visiting this location. Don't expect them to have any ingredients left after 8pm because they are out and will not be restocking, even though they close at 10pm. They start stacking the chairs on the tables and mopping around 8pm, making them appear closed. They have even started stacking chairs on tables with people actively sitting at them.

Do NOT doordash from this location-- they do not update what they are out of online, and if you pay for a side, they will not warn you that it isn't coming and will not refund you.

The last 5 times I have been there I have gotten the exact same thing and it was a different price every time. Once, I got an entire avocado pit in my small side of guac, meaning I barely got any edible food. The last time I was there, the server gave me half a scoop of guac, and when I asked for a full scoop, she tried to charge me extra. She showed a manager who agreed that the first scoop wasn't enough, and yet she still charged me for double guac. The fajita vegetables (on the rare occasion they still have any) are always burnt and they will scrape them from the bottom of the serving cannister to put them in your bowl. All Chipotle locations have pretty small portions now, but at this location, you should NOT ask for more unless you want the staff to roll their eyes at you or shame you. This is seriously the worst location I have been to, and I have started driving to the Hurstbourne location because this location is no longer worth even trying.

I keep going back because Chipotle is one of the few places left with whole ingredients, but this location has done its very best to assure the worst customer experience possible.

Does not matter what time of day you go, they're always out of something. I work down the road, so I frequent for lunch, and they are ALWAYS out of steak, corn salsa, pico, etc. I went today around 1pm and was told they're out of steak. I asked when more would be made, he shrugged and said "don't know"......... Ok, lol. Guess I'll go ahead and spend $12 on something that I didn't want because I'm already here.

Wouldn’t honor my reward for free guac even though I had it on the app, showed it to them and they verified it wasn’t expired. This isn’t the first bad run in I’ve had with this chipotle either. Tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. We got food from here two weeks ago and the guac they gave us was legitimately almost dark brown. Clearly it had spoiled but they were serving it to people. Thought maybe they just had some bad night. They need to work on their customer service.

Edit: I decided to give them another try and this time was much better. Raising my review a little. The initial review was still warranted, but this experience was much better.

They open at 10:45am. Went in at 10:50am and they only had 3-4(meat and veggies) items on the line that they were serving. No rice or beans were out and the manager said it was going to be 15 min before the white rice was ready.

Worst customer service....by the time i reach the store no other customers are there...i am the only customer standing to order food...total 6 employees are working there all 6 people saw me but no one came to me to take order....they just seeing me and doing their work...no one came forward to take order....
If restaurant is busy then they dont care me its different....but no one is there still they are not ready to take customer....after 5-10min one employee came and took the order...

This chipotle is very customer friendly but there portion sizes are noticeably smaller with prices going up. I would actually prefer Moe’s over chipotle. You cannot solely rely on customer service nowadays and I am going to go where overall I am satisfied with food, price and customer service and quality

Rice was not fully cooked. The guac was black the camera is making it look better, had a weird taste to it too.
