I enjoyed my burrito. I had the limited smoked brisket. It was delicious, however, the price was steep, especially when you add queso and guacamole. Other than that, I did witness them cooking fresh food throughout. The staff served me with a smile and was quick at preparing my food. I wish I had the picture of how big the burrito is, however, it was a bit over half of my forearm.

Wouldn’t honor my reward for free guac even though I had it on the app, showed it to them and they verified it wasn’t expired. This isn’t the first bad run in I’ve had with this chipotle either. Tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. We got food from here two weeks ago and the guac they gave us was legitimately almost dark brown. Clearly it had spoiled but they were serving it to people. Thought maybe they just had some bad night. They need to work on their customer...

This chipotle is very customer friendly but there portion sizes are noticeably smaller with prices going up. I would actually prefer Moe’s over chipotle. You cannot solely rely on customer service nowadays and I am going to go where overall I am satisfied with food, price and customer service and quality
