I left 3 stars because I do actually enjoy the food. However, I’m disappointed that I just left here to grab lunch and not only were they out of brown rice, but they were out of steak… instead of offering to make some fresh (which I wouldn’t have minded to wait) they simply told me they were out of both and asked if I wanting something else… the lady did apologize but I feel like with such limited options to purchase here, that it would be appreciated & beneficial to all if staff stays on top of their game- having what’s on the menu actually available & providing better quality service.

Food safety! Cross contamination! I literally just watched the guy doing temp checks put the thermometer in the queso. Pull it out and stick it straight into the lettuce. Then moving into the rice and beans all without wiping the thermometer off. It had cheese all over it and straight into the lettuce. Come on man! 2/24/25 2:10pm

Worker let the door close on me while taking out trash, they ran out of fajita veggies before 8:40PM, fire all of the workers tonight. These kids are the only reason chipotle is difficult to patronize.

The place was so dark I thought they were closed, then I saw someone walk out of the building. The chicken is usually a bit burnt, you'd think I'd learn to go to another location. They are the only one near us! They do have very kind young people working there. Needs a cleaning crew, last few times we did fine in, all tables were dirty and every trashcan was overflowing. No forks or straws out ... but the employees do a great job with orders, fast service!

The dining room at 6:45p was very dirty. The trash cans were over flowing with garbage. Trash on floor, needed mopping, all tables were dirty. Employees standing around talking, and could be cleaning. One young man made big bad point about giving me too large free brisket sample, loud enough for me to hear. Female manager was in very foul mood, claimed she's very stressed, and told me I could go eat somewhere else if I didn't like the way place ran and looked. Manager and employees needs to be better trained. I will never never return.

They close early when they feel like it. Supposed to stay open until 10.

I normally don’t leave reviews as I’ve worked in the food industry before and always try to give people the benefit of the doubt. BUT tonight, I had an extremely awful experience at this location and am super disappointed. My fiancé and I came in around 8 pm to get dinner to go and the guy making our food started off by saying “what do you want” I asked for a bowl with brown rice and he just stared at me. Then started making my food and was slamming everything down as I asked for it. I asked for cheese and he gave me a tiny amount because there was hardly any left and he didn’t want to go get more apparently. Anyways, he was extremely rude the whole visit. The food looked like it had been sitting out all day and they didn’t want to freshen it up at all. At the end he asked my fiancé if he wanted a lid on his to go food then got mad when he said yes because we’re taking it to go.

I went there to get my son a bowl for his birthday. This guy with brown curly hair didn’t even seem like he wanted to be there. Not to mention he was rude. I asked for double chicken and he gave me one half scoop of chicken. This place is just a mess and I don’t recommend. I asked one of his coworkers what the guys name was and he said Max. Never coming back.

If I could give 0/5 stars, I would. Right off the bat, this young guy with brown curly hair had the worst attitude. He was rude and didn’t even seem like he wanted to do anything. He gave uneven servings of food, and most of the time, they were half scoops.

The store in general is a mess. They didn’t have any lettuce, pico de gallo, and several other items. It was around 8:00 - 8:30 PM, and they were already out of mostly everything. You’re better off going to the middletown chipotle or literally any other place rather than this disrespectful mess.
