They are NEVER on time with their online orders. I eat chipotle at least twice a week other chipotles in this area are not this bad.

Somehow the staff that works here does not know how to roll a simple no extras burrito without making an absolute mess. Its a coin toss whether I get something that doesn't just fall apart after removing the foil they use to hold it all in.

Chips are stale about 8 out of 10 times.

Id go to a different location if there was one closer to me.

To management: train your employees on how to roll a burrito and stop serving stale chips. This seems like a low bar ask requirement for a Chipotle operation.

The food was fantastic! Everything tasted fresh and delicious! Even though it was near closing time, Connor was helpful, kind, and had an overall wonderful attitude! My son and I both had a long work day and this experience really helped our day to end positively!!

Don’t typically go out of my way to leave reviews, but this is the grossest, crappiest chipotle I’ve ever been too. Food everywhere, every table dirty, drink station not stocked and gross, trash falling over from being so full.

I got a bowl with white rice and steak. When he portioned the protein, he gave me a half scoop. I looked at him annoyed, but tucked it out anyway and asked for another side of protein, and I swear he gave me an even smaller scoop that time. If I’m going to spend the money to get chipotle, they at least should get your portions right. Genuinely ruined my night

I got the taco kids meal. This location don't let you add toppings on a kids taco. 3 sides only is what the cashier said. I've never been to a chipotle that don't add sides for free. I asked for the Manger he never came out. He told the cashier to tell me that each side would be $1.95 🤔 this location isn't clean the register look like it's never been clean since opening. I give the location a 0👌🏿🤷🏾‍♂️

i went to this chipotle i asked for double white rice they gave me less than the normal amount and then i asked for lettuce and they told me they were out but there was a full bucket of lettuce at the mobile order station and if they are out of something on the regular station they are supposed to go to mobile order station but ig they were just too lazy to go get my lettuce. i also said i see lettuce on the mobile order station and they said sorry we’re not getting you lettuce from the mobile order station. they could’ve easily also just told us when we walked in there was no lettuce or went and bought some
