Ate there Saturday. Went drive through. The service was good. Got home bit into egg roll hard particle was inside. Tried to dismiss it as possibly fried to hard. Tried again same thing. Threw it away. Got plain fried rice. Ate 2 bites and had to throw up. Threw it away. I bought my daughter the General Tso's chicken. She said it wasn't done. I normally don't get this experience at Chopsticks but I'll never go back. The service was good and I guess the atmosphere was typical for fast food establishment.

If I could leave zero stars I would. My wife ordered the curry chicken and I ordered the kung pao chicken. When we got them home we could hardly tell them apart. They essentially tasted the same. The only difference was mine had bell peppers. We ate a late dinner (9pm) and my wife was up at 2am throwing up. She spent the night in the bathroom. The food was terrible. The dumplings were overcooked and hard along with the crab rangoon. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I like to tip big and added a 20% gratuity to the bill to support small businesses, however, I think this business shouldn't exist.

Food was terrible!! The braised wings were undercooked & barely any rice on the plate for $15, too high to be such poor quality. But, since it's in a black neighborhood, they don't care. Avoid this place, go to "a taste of china."
I don't know what parts of the chicken they're trying to pass off as edible, but I had the orange chicken and had to spit out most of it.

Once I placed my order it took less than 4 minutes to prepare my order. I ordered beef fried rice and orange chicken fried rice. It should have taken longer to cook. The food tasted old and burnt. there were rolls of rice rolled up together. I had a couple people get some of the food and they all agreed the rice and the chicken had an after taste. The beef had no taste! I have not been to chopsticks in years and this was a reminder why I should not ever return. Just because it's in the westend doesn't mean people should be treated like they're not good enough to get good, fresh tasting food. We are beyond disappointed and will not be a patron to a place that thinks so little of us as a customers.

The food here is amazing. They always treat me nice and are very quick with serving the food. Everything I’ve ordered has been on point!!! My only thing is I wish they served a larger portion on the sides. Even then, food is super good
