The food was Mid and overpriced..but the most distasteful part of the place is the owner, Christy's personality. Very rude- stuck on me,-look at me kind of person. Very unprofessional person. Needs lessons on manners and how to appreciate the people putting money in your pocket. I had heard other people tell me the same things before about her but unfortunately I had to find out myself the first time I met her. If you don't like supporting people who don't respect you and/or appreciate your business, then I recommend you driving by this joint..

💥 This place is not just amazing food, it's an fun experience. Thanks u for fast friendly service, hot fresh food that you should be very proud of!!! Husband and I came for lunch and ordered chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes and gravy, fried okra, toast and The Christi's patty melt side of cajun fries with fried mushrooms for appetizer. They nailed every single item (even the toast). I have high standards for southern down home cooking & this place is IT~ I may nominate it to food network for triple d 😉

I ate dinner. Food was ok and as expected. Service was good at my table, but my main complaint is that my server chose to increase the tip from 20% that I wrote in ink on the payment ticket up to 25% after I left the restaurant. I kept my copy of the same receipt for my records. So be warned, if you only buy a meal for yourself and leave 20%, it may not please your server. Your server may increase the tip to over 20% without permission. I will not be going to this restaurant again because of this trust violation. When the charges are higher, sneaking a 5% to increase to oneself can be a big difference. I thought 20% for just one person eating was enough. Thankfully, most servers at other restaurants that I've been to are against this attitude of charging customers more tip after the service was over.

Tried to take my grandmother here on her birthday. We sat down at the only clean, open table available in the restaurant before we were asked to move because “the table was reserved”. I’ll gladly take my business elsewhere.
