Staff did not care about any kind of customer service at all. Waked away from the counter multiple times, straight ignoring customers. Sloppiest pizza. Just rude and not worth the money or time.

The workers treat everyone horrible and try to mutter stuff about you to others even though you didn't do anything also they didn't check all the kids arms they also like to do tiktok dances instead of working most of the games don't work food wasn't fully cooked

Came on 2/2/24 round 11 Good food good prices But probably some of most un -friendly staff. And did not check a single stamp leaving the door with children (as they give you a matching stamp as the child you came with). And not a huge deal but it was every bit of 80° in there 🥵

My granddaughter paid for Chuckie to come out. They totally forgot this was my great granddaughter’s second birthday. I can say the management was very apologetic, but my daughter Grand Daughter paid extra and barely got to even see Chucky for the last minute because they were closing other kids came over, but Granddaughter really wanted to enjoy it with her daughter.

Why do you even have a Jump Zone when it's NEVER OPEN?
The GM Michelle refuses to call customers back. The store is always dirty and the employees do not care. Anthony one of the managers constantly makes excuses for their errors. Do not pay this place for a party. Keep you money and give to your kid. This place extremely overpriced and half the games never work or won't give tickets.
