We came, we were sat, now we eat. I told our server Kyle that I was in between the steak burrito and creamy green chili chicken chimichanga or something. Don’t care, just surprise me. Only question was do you like the boom boom sauce? Yes. Gave me his favorite, said he gets it for lunch. Steak burrito with the sauce. And BANG it is FIRE!!

Very disappointed with tonight's to go order. The cheese enchiladas had very little cheese. I chose the cilantro rice for both my sides but received one and Mexican rice AND refried beans. Not what I wanted. My meal states that it includes queso which I did not receive. Overall disappointed with the quality of the meal as well as the inaccuracy.

This was my 2nd Chuys restaurant that I ate at. The first was horrible. This one was a little better but the food can’t compare to real Mexican or Tex Mex food. Does not even come close. Drinks just ok. The white salsa not my thing but tomato one was good with a kick. Atmosphere was 5 star. Food need more improvement to me.

This was a curbside pick up order, and as I've learned through similar order experiences in general, it's always good to check the order before leaving. It's doubly important when picking up in inclimate weather. In this specific instance, there was no plasticware, napkins, salt, and pepper. When I entered the appropriate area, two employees looked at me as if I just arrived from comet 3I/ATLAS. They didn't acknowledge my presence and looked annoyed that I would invade their space. They continued talking to one another in hushed tones until I begged their pardon and made the request for plasticware. While one of the employees went to honor my request, the other thought it was helpful for me to know the correct location for making such requests. I'm not from this area, region, or state, so this was pointless information to share. Someone did give me what I needed, the food was quite good, but this interaction was crappy.

I called to see what the best item was and they told me it was the fajitas and I asked them to rate it on a scale 1/10 and they hanged up on me.
My boyfriend and I come to this location regularly. Today we had the BEST waitress, Carissa! She was super friendly, attentive, and made our experience all the better! We couldn’t help but notice that she had a troubling table next to us, yet she still was able to provide great service to us and others! Shoutout Carissa!
