Second time visiting. We got the Linguine Alfredo with chicken and the Frutti di Mare. Both dishes were very disappointing. The flavors were flat and the chicken was boiled with no seasoning or sear. The seafood also tasted boiled and bland. For the price, I expected much better quality. I won’t be returning.

We went to Ciao for brunch and had an amazing experience. Our server, Elise, was incredible — so attentive, helpful, and full of great recommendations. The coffee was delicious, and they offer several different varieties to try. The Fig Miel was the table’s favorite!
We ordered the tiramisu pancakes and the Uovo en Purgatorio, and everything was absolutely delicious. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Truly wonderful place to celebrate a birthday! As a matter of fact, there were at least 3 other birthday celebrations happening around us while we were there for our own birthday celebration. The choice of a birthday shot or birthday cannoli was nice. And of course every part of our meal was delicious. Theres so much food we had to pack up half of it in to go bags. There selection of wine was also great.

First off Ciao is a restaurant that I have been coming to for years. It used to be the best hidden spot for amazing Italian food. Tonight might be one of the saddest nights for my wife and I, when it comes to culinary happiness. Our party of six was extremely displeased with the quality of the food. Bland, tasteless, boring … to be completely fair this was not our opinion before. I order my normal creamy chicken pesto : the “sauce” was food processor basil and literally nothing else. I felt like I was eating a plate of basil. I turned it away after tasting it for the chicken Alfredo, but just as before disappointed boring and bland. Service was fine as a whole but this is a death of an era of amazing Italian food, very sad.

When we got to the restaurant a person at the table across from us puked all over the floor. It took them forever to get it cleaned up. We had to wait several minutes for our drink and for our order to be taken. Once we got our food, I took just a few bites of my dinner and instantly felt sick. I ended up passing out And throwing up as well. The ambulance had to be called because I was not okay due to very bad food poisoning. We had to pay for our food and I am now stuck with an ambulance bill. Such a scary and horrible evening.

Took down the wrong order, then asked if I wanted bread,and I didn't get any, then charged me full price for apparently what they thought I should order. With that being said, he noodles tasted like cardboard, chicken was dry and the marinara was flavorless. Don't think I'll be returning.
Excellent. Well was excellent I guess. Now, new ownership has wrinkly clientele with smaller portions, higher prices, and less food options. Very disappointing

My friends and I had a great meal and a great time! We got the meatball app (yum) and we came on a Monday and did the Pre Fix dinner special thing. Waaaay worth the price! Our server Amelia was sweet and attentive. The magician that comes on Mondays was awesome, too! If you’re reading this, give the place a definite try.
