We were sat in a quaint little booth, adorned with wood everywhere. Very beautiful. We started with the crab arancini and they were superb! We followed that with short rib, ravioli and shrimp scampi, and both dishes were to die for. the capers on the shrimp were the perfect addition, hands down some of the best food in Louisville. Will be back!

Cool spot that is close to everything for a night out. The decor is nice. I wish they sold Italian style espresso. Their food is hit or miss. The sandwiches look amazing. The pizza dough is tasty. The noodle dishes taste old and funky. Staff is nice and friendly. Parking is on the street I believe.

Found this little gem & I loved everything about this restaurant - located in a neighborhood so a little off the beaten path. The Caio salad was excellent & I had a vegetarian pizza - it was excellent - the environment is perfect & the price was very reasonable.

We were in their party room with 20 people for a birthday party! The restaurant was beautifully decorated and we liked the bourbon decor! Our waiter Eric was the bomb! He kept the drinks following and was great at keeping us serviced! The food was delicious! I forgot to get a pic of my lasagna and the rest of the food! Everyone had left overs and talked about what great Italian food it was! I was one of town because I’m Italian! We are already talking about coming back soon!

Today was my first visit to Ciao Ristorante, and I thoroughly enjoyed it! The crab arancini were lightly fried, and the calamari had a tempura-like batter drizzled with a sauce that was delicious. Capellini Picante was filled with grilled chicken, red onions, broccoli, and an olive oil sauce made with red pepper flakes, a spicy pesto and pine nuts. Delicious!!

Not good service for lunch. Waited over 45 minutes for my dish, and it was not hot when it arrived. We were served bread by a female wearing a t-shirt and shorts. Waited a real long time to receive the check. A very unusual visit for me.

This is my family's favorite Italian restaurant in Louisville. The food is rich and delicious. We started getting food here during the pandemic. We continue to get take out here every month or two, but we've never actually eaten in the restaurant. However, I'm sure the food is even better when it hasn't been in the car for a half hour. Sometimes I like to arrive early so I can have a drink at their well-appointed bar or a glass of wine from their impressive selection.I always get the carbonara. It's awesome! The children's menu portions are huge, and they're priced fairly.Kid-friendliness: There are several really good options on the kids menu. You can't go wrong. The portions are sizeable, and I usually have my daughter's leftovers for lunch the next day.

I have food issues which make restaurants a challenge. The chef customized a dish just for me and it was delicious. Thanks for letting me enjoy dinner with my family.

Place was delicious, I ordered calamari as an app, Chicken Limon for dinner, and my girl had lobster lasagna. The food was very good I tried their house beer and wine, no complaints. The place is fun and relaxing.

I went in here randomly and ask the waiter what was the best thing, she said the baseciola and I got it and I don’t think I ever had more flavorless food in my life.. I didn’t take no more than 5 bites but she kept looking at me like “you not sending it back” I wanted to cry but it really wasn’t good.. I just enjoyed my marg and left.. the people nice but it was a no on the food for me.. first time there, everything is an experienceKid-friendliness: Happy people
