At 847pm nobody will take my order at the drive thru
This was my first experience with this chain. The food tasted very good, but my brisket sandwich was not assembled well. It came on half a slice of Texas toast, sideways, falling open, with the sauce appearing to have been added from the side. I had a side order of hush puppies which tasted good, but were ball-shaped, quite crispy making them a little challenging to chew.
I describe the atmosphere as “fast food bar and grill .” It’s a small, well lit space with lots of close seating, many bar style tables and chairs like we sat at. There seemed to be very few lower tables. Being a first time visitor, I didn’t find the layout very intuitive. I found the video menu board a little hard to navigate. Larger type along with small pictures of items I think would help.
Overall, I think this is a good place for a quick, tasty meal. However, it could use some improvement in design and execution.
