What a great find! We happened to be walking past before our tour at Angel's Envy and noticed this place. We tried the Chicken, Gyro, Pork&Shrimp, Egg&Bacon and Egg, Ham&Cheese. All were delicious and tasty. If we lived here, we'd definitely be regulars.

I saw this place on a social media post months ago, and I finally had the chance to stop by for lunch today. It was so delicious! I am vegetarian, and they had several vegetarian options to choose from. The spinach and cheese empanada was to die for, and the caprese was delicious! They pair with sauces that complement the empanadas perfectly. I’m looking forward to returning soon!

Best empanadas and alfajor I've had since Buenos Aires. All the classic flavors (chicken, beef, spinach and cheese) and some fun ones (BBQ chicken, Jamaican beef).

I got a lot of empanada fillings from Chicken to beef to prosciutto and this was a solid empanada. I hate the times it was hard to get to the restaurant before closing time. But I finally got to try the empanadas. They where a delicious empanada full of flavor. Not too big you can definitely eat more than 2.

We visited for the first time today after learning about it's location. It was very easy to park and access the store. The staff were very friendly and helpful and we ordered a variety of empanadas to try. The biggest problem we had was that they disappeared so quickly once we left the store! But all kidding aside, the flavors were amazing. We loved each one that we tried. The breading is so soft yet has a light airy crunch. The ingredients were perfectly heated and the sauces paired great with each flavor we tried. Definitely some of our favorites were the Italian, Jamaican, Prosciutto, Ham and Cheese, and Gyro. We'll definitely be returning here for more to try the other flavors also. Highly recommended and makes a great breakfast, lunch, or afternoon snack.

The best empanadas you can get in town! They have a variety of flavors and every one I’ve tried so far is delicious. You can get 3 empanadas for $12 which is a great price. Highly recommend checking out if you’re in the area!!

The empanadas are excellent in uniqueness, flavor and appearance. The store has a European decor with bottles of campari and sparkling water lining the walls. Would highly recommend checking this place out!

Cannot say enough good things about this place! They were able to accommodate a 25-person catering order with less than 48 hours notice, and on Derby day nonetheless. Not only was their service incredibly prompt, but their empanadas were a huge hit with my entire group! Multiple people were already requesting we get their catering again for next year’s Derby. Thanks a lot Classico and Tommy!

Their empanadas remind me of my Aunt's bakery in Chicago. Fresh, the lightest dough flavor ever not to mention the array of flavors. The cafe serves wonderful coffee of the classic varieties and are executed well. The layout is functional and elegant. Simple without being too simple. Refind but unassuming. A hidden Louisville gem. Must try.
