This place is fantastic! I was recently in Louisville for a conference and went here for breakfast every morning, usually with work colleagues. The empanadas were excellent, the tea and coffee was great, the service was helpful and friendly, and the restaurant was spotless. In particular, there was an exceptionally wide variety of empanadas to choose from. If you like empanadas, this is the place in Louisville!
Saw this place on Social Media and we coming to Louisville on a visit saw had to try. Make sure you map it as it is nondescript from the outside, only a neon that says empanadas in the window. Inside is very clean and well done. There are about four seats at a window counter and about three two tables outside. The tables outside appear to be in shade most of the time they are open. VERY beautiful store, wide variety of empanadas. I tried an assortment of at least half a pretty big order.My children's Father demolished them all lol, I was selective some I liked others not so much. I think it's a matter of personal flavor profile and what you ultimately like. So I suggest if you like empanadas give this place a try. They are $4.00 for one so the price isn't too bad to try a few out And see which one you prefer. Also the chocolate chip cookies...
