Nice place to hang out while waiting for my flight
We had a long delay, so we decided to try this place for lunch. Service, food and atmosphere were great!
Service is the worst. I was standing by the to go section for ten minutes waiting to take order while two employees were talking and not paying attention to me.
This place was pretty good. My wife and I couldn't eat all the food and it was priced pretty good too.
Terrible server. Pizza was overpriced for a 10" pie. Asked for extra pepperoni, looked like regular pepperoni, so regular pepperoni must be one piece per slice. Had to ask the server who was doing her job and moving around the place for a refill on my tea. My server brought the tea. About 5 min later my server came and asked if I would like a refill, I declined and asked for the bill.. 10 min later.... got up and went to the to-go counter to try and pay as the QR code said there was no ticket open at my table. Moving server stopped to ask if we needed something, and when the bill was mentioned, had to track down my server.. again.
Honestly left a $0 tip. Tipping is for service, not for drop a drink and food and not returning.
Left 0 star for service.

The guy behind bar, counter that was doing it all was amazing. He was kind, attentive and even took time away from busy counter to assist an elderly lady left in wheelchair to her gate. So refreshing to see someone be a team player. Even when slammed and busy with coworker saying sorry they were on break/ he smiled and just kept on being awesome.

If youre at the louisville airport and hungry, skip past Coals and go next door to Smash burger. The wait staff at Coals is mean and nasty. The waitress could have understood that we didn't know that by ordering a pizza at the counter (where else would we order?) we weren't allowed to sit in the dine in area. She just had to bark "you can't sit there"....repeatedly. now mind you, earlier in the day a server at Wild Eggs who graciously changed our table when friends joined us unexpectedly got a $100 tip. So to the nasty little lady who could only repeat "you can't sit there" you lost out personally and you cost your company multiple repeat customers because I am in louisville twice a month and today I am traveling with 20 people. We'll done, hope you're proud of yourself.

Pizza came out hot, but with too few vegetables. all the toppings were too loose and did not adhere to the pie when picked up.
Service was good considering there was only a single server, but a little bit slow as a result.
Music was loud and offensive. Picture me pumping my kind of classical music into the place. Same thing overall.
Price point about $5 too high for what I received.

The pizza description is inaccurate, as the listed ingredients don’t match the actual dish. I recommend trying the smashed burger place next door instead.

I’m in complete disbelief at the POS system you are running here. First, your order app doesn’t work, so either fix it or give up on it
Second, I had to leave and my server wasn’t around. I tried to pay at the bar but they told me “you must pay your waitress”. What this tells me is that your system doesn’t allow for anyone to check someone out except the server, or the folks aren’t trained enough on how to do this. How do you handle it if someone has to leave in an emergency? Should they wait too? Do I need to have an emergency to be able to pay you outside of this existing system?
At $20 a drink I would think you’d be able to correct these issues.
Honestly, it’s irrelevant to me if you reply since it will most likely be an empty apology. What I would prefer is for you to lower your prices and learn how to run a restaurant

Waited 20 mins just to get an order going, server was horrible and pizza came in cold. At the airport you usually don't look at ratings, wish I did, I think 2.5 is high.

Couldn't even try the food. Waited 5 minutes at register before someone finally came only to say kitchen was closed as I'm watching them cook pizzas behind him. Who closes at 1730 for dinner rush. Not worth the walk from terminal A.
