I've been in line for 45 minutes and only sunk cost fallacy is keeping me here. They have one employee working and a line to/out the door. Seen a few people peek in and leave. Two more employees just showed up to help so I hope they get moving faster but holy moly. The managers here need to staff better and pay better.

Aerionna and the Cold Stone Creamery! That’s what I’ll call it today! As a soloist, Aerionna starred and excelled in all job aspects providing exemplary service and customer service. I can’t even be upset about the wait. It was more of a “how are you holding all of it down on your own?” Thought… and here sis what can we do to help feeling. As far as management, that was poor planning and no way she should be on shift by herself. For her to be failed by her management team, she shined…attitude and all!!! Go girl!

I am so disgusted I didn’t realize it until they were almost done with my order but the guy had no gloves on and a huge OPEN gash on his hand!!!! It was the size of a freaking golf ball if not bigger ????? I was literally about to throw up and didn’t even eat our ice cream! I’m never coming back here

If you close at 9pm, change your hours on google and post them on your door. Super inconvenient to drive across town to get to the “open” cold stone at like 9:15pm, only to walk in and stand there for a couple of minutes while no one acknowledges us until they finally look at us and mouth “we’re closed” like what?? I get that they don’t pay the workers well enough and it’s not their fault, there are so many issues with the management of these stores—and has been for years.

I was in line with my family tonight, about 4 people in front of us and 2 behind us. We were all asked to leave because they close in 1 minute!!! Website says they close at 10, we were asked to leave at 8:59pm. Turned away paying customers! I was shocked as I also work in food service.

They were out of most flavors and the ones they had were all melted. There was only one employee working and she couldn't keep up with the long line of customers because every time someone went to order something she'd have to inform them that they were out of whatever they were asking for, so it became a whole conversation of "Well what DO you have?" for each customer. She was friendly despite being under so much pressure and filled our orders nicely but the quality of the product was severely lacking.

Not enough staff, out of over half the ice cream, out of multiple ingredients, out of cones. To order, we had to ask what they do have. Ice cream was melted. We won’t be back.
We only been here three times and each time have NEVER been able to get ice cream and it’s extremely frustrating as this is the closest location to us and it’s already a 20 minute drive for us.The first time the A/C was out in the store and the ice cream was melting so we couldn’t get any. The second time we waited 30+ minutes in an extremely long line just for them to run out of ice cream. And now tonight we show up and they are closed even though the sign outside of the door says it closes at 9 pm.I would like to speak to a manager or the district manager because this is unacceptable and the location needs to be ran better.

Regular here for years and Ive noticed there's almost always only one employee, who's 15 or 16... alone. In the store. With a line out the door and he/she looks so stressed every time! The Ice cream is good, but I wouldn't support the establishments' work ethics, I was told 8.50 an hour too! The store has to make enough money to pay what seems like 3 employees in total more than 8-10 an hour for that work.

Placed an order online and it told me it'd be ready for pickup at 9:12pm. The store hours say it's open until 10pm, however, here I am parked in front of a CLOSED store! Will be contacting for a refund.
