Loved this place. It’s gone downhill. I used to come here multiple times a week between both locations. They don’t give much lettuce on the salad anymore and the grill guy at hurstborne is a jerk. When I order double chicken at the IN location it’s always way more than hurstborne. 99% of employees here don’t know what goes on the salads. I have to follow them down the line to make sure everything is on the salad. The only consistent employee here does work a lot and she’s very nice. But at the end of the day, the most consistent part of this place is the grill guy skimping on your meat and being an asshole

We have been to this establishment a few times the past few years and the food has been great. However, yesterday was disappointing experience. We both ordered the large and regular Tuna Poke Fire Bowl and there was barely any tuna in the poke bowl. My fiancé had a little more since it was the large bowl and mine was regular and I think there were about 5 small tiny cubes of tuna in it. I paid almost $15 for 5 small cubes of tuna. Stop charging so much if you all are barely going to give any of the proteins. What a joke.

The service was also subpar. Everyone looked like they were upset about working there. If you don’t wanna work then go home.

I think we will not likely return to this place.

Went into corelife eatery today with my boyfriend and we both got a regular bowl. While I was eating I discovered two short hairs in the rice. Took the bowl back inside to tell the employees and the manager just said “I don’t know” while the other employee said there was nothing they could do. Left and called back to get a better understanding and was told that they never saw the bowl. Their manager then put me on hold to contact the GM, and then hung up on me. It’s unfortunate because I like corelife eatery. But hair in food is bottom line disgusting. I never asked for a full refund, only the one bowl.

This past weekend, an employee with trashy face tattoos made my girlfriend very uncomfortable by staring at her and trying to flirt with her when I was out of earshot. I was tempted to solve the problem then and there, but I did not out of respect for my former coworkers. I did work at this location about a year or two ago, so I'm well aware of how CoreLife employees are expected to conduct themselves to customers. Chris King would not have tolerated that, and I would only hope the new management would do the same.

If you're reading this, Face Tats, I'm not upset with you. It's not worth getting upset at people you know you're stronger than. However, I'll gladly meet you anywhere outside of CoreLife to give you a free tooth extraction ❤️

This used to be one of my favorite places, but it has gone WAY downhill. Slow service and small portions.

This was my first time visiting this establishment, and my experience was not up to par. When I first got to the restaurant, it was empty, and there was only two team members when I walked up the cashier greeted me And ask what she could get for me. I explained that I would like to order a choose too, and she informed me that there were no size available and that they can only offer me a drink. I had did research before coming into the restaurant so I was aware there was a soup option, and when I asked about the soups, she rudely asked the other male that was working with her.. The cashier was less than helpful when explaining the options or suggesting other items finally when it came to checking Did not have a soup that I asked for and when I asked the cashier, she was very rude about it. And stated You didn’t ask me for soup. At that point I was completely done from the reviews that I’ve read. There’s been a customer service issue in a quality issue after new management taken over after eating the food. I give the food at three out of 10.

Very slow service when ordering online. Waited an additional 15 minutes after the app said it was completed and ready for pickup.

This place is alright, but very slow to serve you food. Very stingy on the amount of chicken they give you and it’s not worth the price.

This place unfortunately has gone downhill. It is very overpriced for how disgusting it is. I had the tuna bowl for dine in. The server scraped out what was left in the bin and went to the back for more. What was in my bowl was vile. I generally like tuna poke bowls, but I had to spit out the tuna from here because it was so bad. I do not recommend this place at all.

I was disappointed with my visit to this restaurant. The bowl I ordered had all the ingredients piled in the center without being mixed, leaving the dressing unevenly distributed. For the price I paid, the food quality was below expectations. Additionally, $2.50 for a small cup of unsweetened black tea labeled as "craft made" felt excessive. Despite arriving at 2 PM when the place was nearly empty, finding a simi-clean table was a challenge.

Really finding it hard to decide to eat as they keep raising prices more and more apparently it's now $5 dollars to add steak to a bowl when it used to be$3 a bowl now cost $14 instead of $13 prices steadily keep raising and food staying the same place is getting worse charge .75 per topping after 4 is crazy they already increased prices on bowls and now charge per topping this day will be my last day at this location

I love this place! I love that they have gluten free items on the menu and that you can easily customize any bowl to your liking. Highly recommend

My husband and I have been regulars here for a long time. The owners sold it a couple of months ago and the food has declined drastically. We have given it several chances in hopes it was just a fluke. It is not. Clearly the new owners are cutting corners and it shows.
One of our favorite sides used to be the Brussels Sprouts. Loved loved them! However, now it’s basically just leaves from the sprout. They peel it off to make it look like more and you don’t get the sprout. Twice this has happened. The sweet potatos are not the same on taste. Bland.
Our go to’s were the specialty steak/blue cheese salad and the spicy tai chicken. NOT THE SAME. One piece is wilted lettuce is all they put in for greens.
Makes me sad… cutting corners will lose your customers.
