Food is good, but prices are extremely expensive for what you get. A small salad and tiny cup of tea was $19. There are cheaper options i will be picking next time.

Staff were helpful and accommodating. Food was fresh and I liked their dressings. Interesting choices of beverages.

It's a little expensive, but it's worth it honestly. Good healthy fresh food and the service is always great!
No avenue for direct feedback so public review it is. Spent $30 for two meals with an additional $5 tip. Got the food home to find all the sauces missing and driving back 40 minute round trip didn't hold a lot of appeal. Service vibe there is indifferent, which explains the absence. Most of the meals have some unique sauce that makes them special, so without that might as well be some grocery store deli takeout.

As a person that likes to go around and do reviews on different restaurants and try different restaurants, I’m here to say that this specific location of CoreLife I gave them 1⭐️. I got Brussels sprouts and potatoes and both of them are dry and when I asked if they had some fresh ones in the back, She just mixed it up in the pan and said it came out like 15 minutes ago. What I have a problem is having to ask for fresh food when it should be already there. I will not come back

This specific franchise location was purchased by new owners recently and has gone massively downhill. I have attached images of what portion sizes used to be like(image 1) and what they are like now with new owners(image 2).
You can see the steak going from freshly sliced and cooked to order (med rare) to now being precooked well done and reheated as needed. The steak was stored in a paper cup with lid meant for sides, then I watched the employee pop the top and throw on the grill to reheated it. This is a massive decrease in quality.
Also you can see the portions going from great to laughable.
Is this the new normal under Clarisa de Luna-Villaflor's leadership? I like to come here when I'm in Louisville but won't be coming anymore if this is the new normal.
Also the new employees didn't understand the meal I've always gotten which is steak with 2 sides, he said I had to get rice at first not knowing that this is a common meal.
At this point, it's false advertising to continue to advertise a fresh cut steak.
I need to know if this will be how it is going forward so that I don't have to waste my time coming here again or if things will go back to the way they used to be.

I came to corelife today and was very excited. I left disappointed. I only saw three workers and one was standing there watching as the line grew very quick. The two young men serving the food were trying their best. However, the young man serving me seemed stress and was giving attitude to several guests in front of me and myself. He was shaking his head and made me feel rushed. I told him my order and he didn’t seem to listen and continued to ask the same questions over and over and gave me attitude when he couldn’t hear me. When the lady in front of me asked a simple question regarding two bowls, he answered in a way that seemed insulting. I felt rushed and uncomfortable and forgot to order some of my toppings because I did not feel welcomed and wanted to get my food fast and leave. He also made some orders not wearing gloves and not washing his hands in between touching the bowls.

I rarely ever leave negative reviews but I feel compelled to for this particular CoreLife location. CoreLife is one of my absolute favorite places to eat but I refuse to come to this location anymore due to the consistently horrible service. Every visit has been the same: employees are rude, dismissive, and lack basic customer service skills.
It’s disappointing because I’ve read many other reviews describing the exact same issues, yet the owner’s responses always claim they’ve “spoken to the manager” about complaints. Clearly, nothing is changing, because the poor attitude and lack of professionalism continue.
This location is giving the CoreLife brand a bad name. Do better for your customers, we deserve the same friendly, welcoming service CoreLife is known for elsewhere.

Empty at 5:00 pm employees were not quite welcoming. They threw the pita bread once it was wrapped in foil paper. Paid $18 plus for salad, naan, drink 10oz. Not sure why it’s labeled craft drink it’s from the fountain machine. See receipt 🧾
Maybe should have gone to Panera.

The food was pretty good, however, the employees were not friendly, and on the rude side, The floor was sticky and gross, and it was obvious that the employees hated their jobs. I remember when the guy opened this business, but it had gone down in quality and service.
