This place used to be my favorite place my last review was about how amazing this place was now everything has went down hill the employees didn't seem to know what they were doing at all I was in line for right around 30 minutes with only 5 people in front of me they ran out of chicken so I got steak and an egg the egg look awful and the steak was cold the quality of all things went down hill and I hate it I won't be recommending it anymore like I used to everyday I hope you fix this it was really bad

I don't go around putting up reviews on places but today I was so dissatisfied with a place I loved and ate at all the time the service was really bad the people didn't seem to kno what they were doing they ran out of chicken my steak was cold and I was in line for 30 minutes with just 5 people in front of me I loved this place so much but the hurstborne lane location in louisville ky really needs some help I was not a good experience

First time coming here. A bit of a line but worth it. Really good food. I got a large bowl of Korean bbq pork and it was amazing. Had enough for left over for another meal and the price wasn't bad.

Always fresh. Their quality of protein is good. We didn't love our salads today but we just weren't a fan of our choice with the rice noodles. Service was fast & friendly & it's always open & bright inside. The women's bathroom was clean & smelled good. Tip- Add double protein of choice.

This place has unfortunately gone downhill and fast. I used to love it, but I think today may be my last time coming here. The staff are rude now. Cleanliness, as others have said, is also a problem. And even the food is worse now. Not sure what happened. Maybe it's a different owner or just different management. But whatever happened, it's horrible now.

I really hate to do this, but this location has gone down. Not sure who the manager or owner of this location is, but do better.It’s DIRTY!! Customer service is horrible, food presentation is awful. Went today, 4/5/24 at 112pm- zero customer service, the food station was filthy and they gave me less than an Oz of dice chicken. So disappointing. I used to love this place.

I love the food and the choices. But if the kitchen is anything like the dining room the health department should close it down. Not a single clean table and it wasn't even busy. Floors were so dirty my feet were sticking. Plastic forks with tines upright so you feel like everyone has touched them when they got theirs. The people working were friendly but there aren't enough of them. Sorry to give it such low marks. But a dirty restaurant just deserves it. I can go cook in my own mess at home. If I go out and pay and tip I want something in return. No complaints on the tasty food. Just worry about sanitation at this point.

Korean Pull Pork BBQ Bowl was amazing and filling. I got the regular size and I couldn’t imagine getting a large. Everything is made to order and is fresh! Give this place a go!

First time here, not busy at all. Asked for no jalapeños, and want edemame. Got jalapeños and no edemame. Wife had something burnt in her food. All this would be forgivable, except for I overheard them laughing about purposefully putting the jalapeños in. I ate it anyway, out of spite. I looked at them when I recognized they were talking about me. They then proceeded to talk to each other about how they aren't afraid of me. I didn't say a word to anyone after paying, so I don't understand what the attitude was about. I simply did not reciprocate their laughing.

It's sad seeing how they're letting a good business be run to the ground. This place used to be amazing , great service, staff was amazing , food was phenomenal ( its still not bad ). Cleanliness and customer service are long gone by now , the place has less and less customers as this get worse. Food is taking forever , alot of times having to wait on steak or chicken. Tables , bathrooms and floors filthy. They need to hire more people .

Have always loved Core Life but waited an hour in line and others waited longer waiting for their orders AND to be rung up. They might be understaffed, but there was no communication about wait times or anything. I’ve never waited this long at CoreLife. It felt like a total waste of time since we had to leave without getting our food (well we didn’t *have to but there was no end in sight and no one would speak to us). I hope things get better. The people around me were very patient but Im not sure how long they could last like this.
