The best attention the best drinks we were served by the waitress Fernanda, we love you Fernanda you put us to music you made us the best drinks you gave us the best attention you are an excellent girl you gave me my birthday cake and apart from beautiful you are a nice waitress thank you for everything

Service was terrible. Went on a Saturday evening, hardly anyone in the restaurant but still didn’t get good service at all. We had 5 people and were sat in a large booth. The music was so loud that we couldn’t talk much to each other without yelling. Refills took a lot of time as well as the food. I got the enchiladas, shredded chicken was dry and had no flavor. Child that was with us ordered a burger, top of burger was rock hard she couldn’t bite into it, also had a dressing on it. Friend ordered carne asada torta, meat was tough and unable to eat fully. Service was so bad we had to go to the front to pay. Seriously terrible service.

Cindy was very kind, prompting and professional. Food concept is good and very well served, although cooking temperatures can be adjusted a bit better. But in general a recommended experience.

I went there just give it a try, and I kinda wished that I didn't.. The ambiance was great, the waitress that waited on me was kind (she spoke very little English, no big deal, though). I order the Mixed Quesedilla & it was ok.. too bad the tortilla was a bit overcooked.. and the fries were bland at best. The ketchup that went with it was horrible.. I had to wait an insane time for my bill to come (about 5-10 minutes), I'm sorry, but the $4.50 price for a Diet Pepsi is ABSOLUTELY ridiculous! And I had to ask my waitress to see if she could change my $5 bill for a reasonable tip, I wait nearly 5 mins for that.. I never got my change, I had to leave because it was too cold in that restaurant..
On & all, the service was ok, but it could not make up for the subpar & darn-near expensive food I received. It's gonna be a LONG time before I ever return to this place again..

I want to tell you my experience, we went for the first time and Fernanda attended us, a spectacular girl we asked her for recommendations and she recommended us the food of her country Honduras and we ate banana stuffed with popusa and corn tamal it was super delicious everything she recommended she understood our language well with her kindness and a charming smile stands out in her work team because she supports all her colleagues for people like you Fernanda we love Hispanics more in our country and we respect them, we will return and we hope that you provide us with your service again, you are great

Language barriers made it tough to order here. Tried to order the quesadilla kids meal, but ended up being given and charged for the regular entree which was double the price. Getting a soft drink costs $4.50 which is higher than I have seen it anywhere. I ordered the shrimp in coconut sauce and it wasn’t very good. However my child’s chicken quesadilla and husband’s baleada were quite good with absolutely massive portions. I should have known my entree wasn’t likely to come out well when the waitress needed to ask the cook if they could even prepare it. She also wouldn’t get my child a high chair and my husband had to go search the restaurant for one. My glass was also dirty when she brought the drinks out and even though I pointed it out the waitress didn’t make me a new one. Instead my husband traded drinks with me because it didn’t bother him as much. Chips are served with salsa and bean dip- and I have to say that I did like the bean dip. These were complementary. Overall, this is not a place I will be returning to.
