My husband and I ate here today for early dinner. The service- exceptional! The food- delicious doesn't do it justice! Had to ask if the chef is from Louisiana because it is that good! the bartender- on point! We will definitely be back! Stay awesome y'all!

Really happy we stopped here.. the food is really good. We ordered the shrimp po boys, the burger and the shrimp side (which was a perfect entree for my 4 year old plus the fries). The patio tables are very large and they allow dogs which was a plus since we were driving through and had our fur baby with us. I really liked how the shrimp were not too much deep fried (where you can't even tell it's shrimp) and the bread was not so thick all you can taste is bread. It was perfect! Service was amazing as well and very clean!

The service, food, and staff here is AMAZING!!! They are super clean and safe during these crazy COVID times - staff wears masks, keeps a safe distance, all while being friendly and accommodating and respectful. We brought our 2 year old puppy and the staff was so kind with her. They offered to bring her water and treats - only if we were cool with it (which of course we were) - and provided some great recommendations for food. The food itself was INCREDIBLE - we had their smash burger, harvest salad, and were also able to get scrambled eggs and bacon for our pup. We were on a long road trip across the US and cannot recommend this place strongly enough. What a lovely staff and restaurant!!!

If you like a touch of Cajun you'll love this spot. They seem to change the menu with some regularity to keep it interesting and ensure freshness. We try something different every time.

The servers kept taking their masks off which was not great. Made me uncomfortable. The burger I got was soggy and did not have good flavor. The shrimp po’boy was pretty good. They did not give much water and didn’t ask what we want to drink. The corn bread is okay. My main problem is them not even wearing masks and them thinking it’s okay to give a super soggy burger. Not sure if I will come back honestly. Server was nice though.

They're open for dine-in & carryout. This is the perfect spot for a date, lunch with coworkers, or a night out with friends. The outdoor seating is perfect for a spring/summer days. I had the smash burger and it was simply amazing! The staff are masked up, and they're practicing Social Distancing as well.

I've loved this place since it changed from Fins. My absolute favorite is their full size gumbo order and coffee. This was my favorite choice for my graduation weekend on 12/4-12/7! It was the best weekend with friends and family and this was where I wanted to celebrate! Love it

It could have been an off night, or they were understaffed at the time(hard to tell as it was months ago) but the service was really slow, it took a long while to order and get drinks, refills were rare, even though we were sitting at the bar. That being said the bartender was running around and covering all over the place so I give grace on that. However, i had the Duck Creole and it wasn't very good. It could have been an off night but unsure if I'll try again.

I have always been a huge fan of Couvillion but during tough times it was important for me to order to-go food and visit the patio now that they have reopened. The patio refresh is beautiful, still some of the most friendly staff in town, great drink selection, and of course the onion smash burger Still holds a special place in my heart. I am very proud of everyone there and their impeccable service during such unusually tough times. I definitely felt safe and comfortable and had a really nice time being able to enjoy dinner and drinks with friends.

My wife and I had our first dinner sitting inside of a restaurant in a LONG time tonight at Couvillion. We planned to sit outside on the patio but the sun was setting and all available seats required SPF80! Ashley, who ended up being our server, greeted us and offered seating inside of the restaurant. They were prepared for re-opening with staff wearing masks at all times and a properly spaced dining room at 33% capacity. We felt totally safe and saw everyone following the guidelines. Our service was great! There was a good crowd outside and everyone was hustling trying to provide great service. Ashley was a great server but actually, everyone working in the dining room waited on us during our meal. A member of the kitchen staff even took a second to thank us for coming in! It really seemed like the staff were genuinely happy to be serving customers again! Our cocktails were great and the food was delicious as always! The menu right now is limited but we still were able to order a few of our favorites. The smashburger and gumbo came to the table steaming and every bite was full of flavor. I ordered stewed okra to go, had a manhattan (plastic cups suck but its not their fault) and then we called it a night. Couvillion was ready for re-opening and it seems like they haven't missed a beat in service or the quality of food and drinks. The covered patio looks like fun and hopefully the full menu will be back soon.....I'm ready to come back for some duck creole!
