Awful experience. Friday I placed a pick up order, upon getting home, realized multiple items were missing from said order. I called to speak to a manager. Spoke with a Michelle, who offered to list my name on the recovery list, and include an entree, which I had presumed would also include the add-on items from my order (side of hashbrowns, side of pancakes, and the biscuits). I attempted to claim this today, however, sent my partner into grab the order. Michelle then proceeded to argue with my partner that no such call took place, if she were to provide anything it would only be the entree, yelled “I wrote everything in the book in the back & no I’m not bringing it out for you to read.” Despite him never asking to see said book… very unprofessional and weird demeanor. 0/10.

Showed up for breakfast during the mid america truck show. We were seated fast. Problems served half the normal portion size of the meal I always order. Food was sub par and flavorless. Charged same price for half the food

we were ignored by waitress for about 10 minutes --she later said she was sorry, she had to go to the restroom. A manager stopped by while we were waiting and took our drink offer, and assured we would get a waitress. In addition, the cole slaw was ruined --had to swap it out

Ordered and delivered. Food was good. Country fried steak, catfish, chicken and dumplings, and sugar ham. All well seasoned. My only complaint is we were missing an order or fried apples. We were also told that jelly was in the bag, the delivery driver was told the same thing and there was no jelly. Only butter. Expediter needs to pay close attention to the orders.
