We visited around 4pm on a Sunday afternoon. Ordered drinks and food. Drinks came out and the Dr Pepper was flat. Had to get a Sprite instead. Ordered our food. It took a long time to come out and when it did it was all wrong. Salad didn’t come before the meal. One of 4 sides was correct. The fried chicken was dry. The Broccoli salad was cold like it had been frozen and not heated enough. Fried okra never showed up nor did the biscuits and cornbread. Waitress just diapered and never came back to the table. We had to ask someone else to bring our check. We watched 2 tables sit down and then leave because they were not waited on. Keep in mind they were not busy. Maybe 20% of tables were occupied.

Today we stopped in just to get 3 of their Thanksgiving meals. Their turkey and dressing did not disappoint.!! It was so juicy and moist. Some of the best turkey i have ever had.!! Delicious!!

Turkey gravy, stuffing, cranberries, rolls, cornbread.
Cornbread very dry, rolls moist, very small amt. of cranberries for meal. Service was adequate but could have so much better. I felt let down compared to other visits and meals at Cracker Barrel

Carol R was our waitress here. I have never had such an amazing experience with our service as we did at this location and with Carol. She was the most polite woman and went out of her way to make sure we had what we needed. She even cared when we mentioned we had to go back to WV later that night. We will definitely be back! Thanks so much Carol!

Maddy at the fern creek store is doing great. You were busy and it took a minute to get to us, but we had great service from Maddy (or Maddie) and the food was great.

In recent weeks, my Mom and I ate three times at Cracker Barrel. Our server Cheyenne provided very friendly and excellent service frequently making sure we were satisfied. We really appreciate her and the good food.
