Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

In recent weeks, my Mom and I ate three times at Cracker Barrel. Our server Cheyenne provided very friendly and excellent service frequently making sure we were satisfied. We really appreciate her and the good food.

Won't go back if they go to the modern design. The country charm and homey feel was what kept us coming back.

Had a great experience with our waitress “Laney Hall”! Very friendly with a great smile. Kept our coffee cups full and came back several times to see if we needed anything else. She rates a 5 STAR 🌟

I had a good experience when dining at Cracker Barrel! The waitress and other staff were very nice. The food was delicious and didn't disappoint.

Ordered 3 meals to go at 3:30 on a Saturday. Definitely not a prime time. Was told 20-25 minutes. Got there 20 minutes after and paid for the meal (more on that below*) and waited.....waited.....a Manager came out and told me it would be 5 minutes for cornbread for finish.....waiting 10 more minutes and finally got the food-50 minutes after the order was placed (twice as long as told) and the restaurant was not busy. Before I left I checked the bag and one side was missing. Then we got home the cornbread was horrible. It tasted sour. *When I paid for the meal I tried to use a certificate that was sent to me for a previous bad experience and the cashier tried several times but it never verified. The line was backing up so I was not able to use it (I now doubt if it has any value). Disappointing because up to my last 2 visits I have always had good experience at CB.

The one in fren creek was horrible. Service was so bad, food was horrible. Didn't get have our order. Had to call customer service that bad. Don't go there

Terrible service and the food was even worse! Sat and looked at our food for 15 minutes waiting on silverware. This location is the worst I’ve ever experienced! Steer clear!

Placed an order online using a gift card but was charged the full price on my debit card and still haven't been refunded. The stuffed cheesecake pancakes are amazing though.

disrespectfully horrible, took my wife for a nice dinner for valentines because our dinner plans got messed up and this made our night worse, we got sat with the menu and nobody offered us water or bread, even giving us a heads up, 2-3 servers were around our table and not making eye contact and ignoring us. honestly never going back to a cracker barrell, this ruined all locations for me

We got there around 8:30pm. We were seated down. 30 mins later no one acknowledged us or gave updates to why we haven't been taken care of yet. I saw 2 other tables behind us whose orders were taken. We were the last table still waiting. No drinks, no basket of bread. It wasn't busy inside either a lot of empty seats. We ended up leaving and decided to take our business elsewhere. We're not coming back to this location. Do not recommend their service. What a bad valentines dinner. Will not be looking forward for it to be at Cracker barrel ever again.
