Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

The one on 11000 dixie hwy I got the pot roast dinner it was left overs it was not fresh tuff and not hot mashed potatoes was very runny Mac n cheese was also Cold this makes twice this has happened I also asked for two corn bread muffins and got biscuits .

Took 10 to 15 minutes to get drinks and order, waited another 30 minutes to get our food, which was lukewarm when we got it, and the dining room was so cold that you couldn't eat your food before it got cold. All at a time that was not very busy. We won't be back here.

The female store manager was very unprofessional. I’ve frequented this location and have ordered by myself a pitcher of your Mimosa. She refused to serve me a pitcher stating it was against store policy. She said a pitcher holds 3-4 drinks, but could serve me up to 4 individual alcoholic drinks. This makes no sense!! I usually do not finish the pitcher, but buying one is cheaper than buying 4 individual drinks. When I explained that my request had been granted on two other recent visits at this location, she began to interrogate me wanting the name of the manager and server, so she could investigate and write them up. When I could not recall their names and an accurate descriptions, she implied I was lying. This is unacceptable and unprofessional and no way to treat your paying customers.

have been going to this cracker barrel for years and have always had pleasant experiences. Food is great and service is always 10/10. Had breakfast there this morning and they knocked it out of the park.

The potato casserole is always good but this time it was awful. A scoop of juelline potato no cheese, not even warm. The green beans were not seasoned. Apples were very good, broccoli was good. We waited a long time for our check. I will try again but if food doesn't improve I probably won't go back

Complete miss tonight. Ordered curbside. Got there at the time. Waited 15 more minutes nothing. Started to walk in here comes someone with my food by the door. Get home food is cold. Item is missing. Had to drive up there and wait many minutes for a fruit cup. Talked to manager about my experience. I want this place to be good for Valley Stations sake. However the past few times I've ordered carryout or curbside things are missing and fold isnt the best.

I spent an hour and a half trying to get a to go order today 20 minutes on hold on the phone. No one took my order so I drove to the store waited in the lobby 15 minutes before someone even took my order. They told me it would be ready in about 15 to 20 minutes. I waited 30 minutes and she came out and said we’re waiting on the fried chicken. I didn’t get fried chicken, I guess just because I’m black she thought I got you fried chicken And then asked to speak to the manager. I just wanted a refund at this point I have been at it for an hour and a half for a to go order. And the cashier was more concerned about her personal lunch order then making sure I received my to go order. I will drive to Crittenden Drive before I order at Dixie Highway ever again.
