Craft House Pizza - Westport

Oh man this pizza was fantastic. Thin crust with loads of sauce and pepperoni. Easy top 5 on my lifetime pizza list, not kidding.

Love this Pizza! we eat here often. It's always delicious, they will honor all requests and if you are lucky, Terrell will be your server. I can't say enough about Terrell, he is always smiling, friendly, checks back just the right amount and is just the nicest guy ever. I hope he stays because you can't help but smile back.

Here are my three top reasons to visit and restaurant (and it doesn’t matter if you like pizza or not): 1. Wanda. 2. Wanda. 3. Wanda. She is easily an all-star server. She is knowledgeable, her efficiency beams perfection, and she will talk to you like you’ve been friends for twenty years. Yes, the food is good, but I think it’s clear why I’ll remember dining here—it could not have been any better.

Pizza was good. Large thin crust pepperoni- banana pepper- green olive. plain cheese was good too. Ordered a large cheese sticks and cheesy bread came out. They said they dont have cheese sticks but I guess this is what they call cheese sticks. Not normal cheese sticks covered with breading and deep fried. Had an absolutely great time on a Tuesday night doing trivia. The host was great and had lots of great/ hard questions that pushed our entire family. We had so much fun and we were so glad to meet you. At any chance we get back in town we will make sure it's a Tuesday night.

Ordered online . Added a time to pick up, and I still had to wait 30 min. Food has always been good

I have been to this Craft House location many times and have noticed a major decline in service. Yesterday was even worse experience than before. I was with a group of 8 at lunch time. It took an hour for us to even have our order taken. The staff member that seated us and took our original drink order was not seen again until I had to track her down to get some napkins. It took at least another 30 minutes to get our food. Half of the group did not receive their waters and/or soft drinks for 25 minutes after placing their order. I had to search for a staff member to get our checks since none of them were visible in the restaurant at that time. The food turned out good as expected, but the service was absolutely terrible.

Horrible customer service. The girl that was the bartender was probably the rudest person I’ve ever encountered in the restaurant business. She needs to find a job that isn’t public facing. Food is average at best.

Wonderful experience with fellow FSU fans! Staff were awesome, great atmosphere and delicious food & brews. Would definitely come back when visiting Louisville again!

My wife and I had a great experience here. We have been here several times and the service and food has been excellent! Rachel was our server and she took great care of us. She checked in on us plenty of times and was very accommodating. We will definitely go back soon. Highly recommend the craft beer selection they brew themselves too!
