Best Crumble store I’ve ever been to, all because of Elijah! Friendly, enthusiastic, and professional… and makes beautiful, delicious cookies! Every restaurant needs an Elijah! Thank you for being a breath of fresh air. I’ll never go to another Crumble store.

Im only giving this store 1 star because I have to in order to leave a review. I want to start out by saying it had been 6 months since I had been to this store because of a really bad, rude, horrible experience!! I finally thawed out enough to give them one more chance so I order 6 boxes of 4 cookies online about 30 hours before they are to be picked up. I arrive at the store and the man behind the counter tells me they don't have the cookies or the product to make the cookies and the only thing he could do for me is refund my money. I asked the man why didn't they contact me because I had already paid the almost $100 for the cookies and they were for sales calls I was making that afternoon! Oh and No one in the store had the authority to give refunds so at this point I'm not holding my breath. But I can promise you I will never, never, never, ever, ever, be back!!!!!!!!!!

I LOVE CRUMBLE! I love crumble so much it always makes me feel better when having a bad day! Crumble cookie is by far! The best cookie place; and the guy that I think is the manger is the best! And he is literally so nice, I LOVE CRUMBLE COOKIES!!!!
