Missing orders and messing up orders. They did their best but my order was one of many that were deleted. My name was called but provided the wrong order. My name was then removed from the waiting board. When I brought it to their attention it was corrected. It’s just concerning how many orders were lost in 15 minute wait.

Also, flies! Flies were swarming the register and display which concerned me about other pests elsewhere.

Crumbl Cookies is hands-down one of my favorite dessert spots! The cookies are always warm, fresh, and perfectly gooey. Every week brings something new and exciting to try, and somehow they never miss. The store is clean, the staff is super friendly, and the service is quick—even when they’re busy. Whether it’s a treat for myself or a box to share with friends and family, Crumbl never disappoints. Highly recommend if you have a sweet tooth or just want to brighten your day!
